Good luck brotha. Should be one hell of a year for you.I'll be waiting for those comparison pics. We have similar stats and similar goal physiques. Your just crazy lean compared to me.

If going pro is your goal, fucking do it. Don't let anyone deter you. Do what you gotta do. Fuck what everyone else says. Some people just don't like hearing someone else has got it.
"Don't ever be afraid to shine. Remember, the sun doesn't give a fuck if it blinds you."
Thanks boss. I can't wait to see the changes either. No worries, everyone has an opinion and I don't mind if, I know where my head stands.

Man, it's fun to add weight on the bar again.

Quick question are you doing 105pd dumbells slow negatives x10?

that seems so much heavier than other exercises listed

Yes I am. I use the beginning of my workouts usually to perform the heaviest compounds, while maximizing the contraction/stretch and pumping of blood throughout the rest. With shoulders I only choose one, but with legs and back i go with 2 compounds that shoot for power. Kind of like on chest.. I'll start with benching and tend to focus on heavy weight.. I'm sure I can do 40s and what not on raises, but I know I wouldn't get the optimal stretch and contraction with the muscle. All of this I'm saying will change when I officially start John Meadows Sentinel program. What I'm doing now is just my own methods.

Well I've gotta admit I've also watched WP's and TNE's logs for extra motivation an ideas so I'm really not surprised to see you guys working together.

Only thing I can add TNE is keep an eye on your liver values if I remember correctly you had a few rounds with orals the past year along with some accutane which can be hard on your liver.

Good luck to you mayne!

That will definitely be keyed in on. While I also think the said danger of orals are somewhat exaggerated, it's not something I'd let just get away from me. I've had fine just fine panels...on 8 weeks straight. But, everyone's different.

I have nothing against @Wunderpus, Infact I think he's very knowledgable. But isn't this alot of gear for this TNE dude? Sure he's lean with great aesthetics but how much MORE gear will he then need on his future cycles? I think with this cycle he'll peak far too fast and more than likely plateau until he has to run even higher dosages to get FURTHER. Unless that's what he's planning on doing..

That's a question only the future will tell. Peaking TOO quickly? I don't see that happening. What I plan on doing one year from now is based on what I accomplished everyday leading up to that mark. We will see.

TNE, any updates?
Somehow none of this showed up.
Yes, still waiting on everything to be in line. Will make a more detailed post tonight about the exact insulin protocol as well.

good luck brother! can't wait to see your progress!!
Thanks my man, I'm just as excited as you are!

What does your macros look like? For a bulk, Cut, and Maintenence?
Woah, that's hard to say. That depends on what's needed, they will change probably bi weekly. I'm not one to push it a bit weight wise, I like to stay under 12% on average. I'm wanting to push 230 this first 12 weeks..I honestly think 230 is going to smack me in the face and tell me to keep going.. we will see.

I'm averaging 205lbs as of right now. My strength is going up quite fast so I like to slow it down and not risk injury.. I'm more of a "okay let's do 12 reps instead of 8 and not change my weight for a bit"

Update.

I've created a base meal plan since I've had so many people ask me, this is what it will be AT FIRST - my prepped meals will only consist of 3k calories - allowing me a thousand calories with variety throughout the day.

Breakfast:
2 egg white, 3 whole egg, 2 cups of oats, 1 bagel, 4 turkey sausage links
Meal 2:
5oz ground beef sirloin, 5oz white rice
Pre workout:
4oz chicken tenderloin, 5oz white rice
Post workout:
6 egg white, 1 cup oats, 1 banana
Meal 5:
4oz chicken tenderloin, 5oz white rice
Meal 6:
5oz ground beef sirloin, 8oz sweet potatoes

The remaining 1k is fair game as long as I stay in my macros. Macros?
50/25/25 - c/p/f - 499-249-111

Insulin protocol will be mutants

*Starting*
15 min pwo: 5iu humalog
10 min pwo: shake 1- 27g karbolyn, 46g g2 powder, pre workout of choice, bcaa, 5g creatine
Intra: same shake minus pre workout, sip between every working set.

Then the post workout meal listed above when getting home.

Glad I found this.. looks like a very interesting log, definitely subbed. Question though.. I didn't see any GH included? I've always heard that using slin without GH or at least some good peptides wouldn't produce great results. Any thoughts on this?
