This is the first cottage cheese Ive had in months (taste good). I get the 5lb tubs from our local Umpqua dairy . 11gms protein per half cup and I eat 1.5 to 2 cups a time. 30-40gms protein

Ive still got a huge stack of empty 5lb cottage cheese containers leftover from my last keto diet. They are heavy duty , lol .
Fill them with stew or chili and freeze it ....Prepper

Yup, your getting to that age where you must freeze and preserve everything. That way you can invite the kiddos over for last years sausage and spaghetti dinner you put in a deep freeze. Then call it "fresh". Sounds all too familiar...Grandma, is this you?
