Skhetti! Protein pasta and some plain sauce i doctored up with sweet onions garlic and rosemary, and "meatballs" just cubesteak browned in coconut oil and then finished in the sauce, pretty dang good.View attachment 53912

That protein pasta is kind of deceptive on protein per serving. 17g per 3.5oz serving, but regular pasta is 7g per 2oz serving. So the protein pasta is roughly 9.6g per 2oz serving. They inflated the serving size compared to all other pasta to make it seem like more protein.
