1st Ever Cycle - Solo Dbol

Hi guys,

I've been hanging about a while on here, and have been doing my studies on steroids for the past 8 months or so.

Stats: Age, 25. Weight 182. Height 6ft. Athletic build with horrendous skinny arms!

I am fully aware I could be heavier, but the past year on an absolute diet craze, I've put on 7kg...for 6 months I was consuming 5k calories, homemade weight gainers etc made this easy to achieve.

Long story short, self confidence finally made me curious... I've decided to take the plunge, 2 years training now, absolutely dedicated, cant deny diet has had its times where I've been lazy and not prepped, regardless I've had a good amount of calories 99% of the time, low days 3500, good days 5000.

I do not have my own direct source for gear, however my uncle has been on/off for over 15 years and is more than happy to help me out.

We were discussing my 1st potential cycle for a while, I came to the conclusion after extensive research that I would *as the title suggests* take a Dbol only phase. Fyi, extensive research referring to the different beginner cycles people undertake, the different compounds etc.

Reason for this being, I really am not good with needles (however I will be forcing myself on later cycles given the benefits of stacking).

Now, opinions really do vary given doseage however (please advise if I should adjust), I've decided to go with
wk1 20mg ed
wk2 30mg eg
wk 3-6 50mg eg

at least this way (given that this is new to me), I will be able to assess by the end of the 2nd week if this really is for me& and i dont have too severe negative effects. This is simple paranoia of the unknown to be honest.

Needlesss to say, this initial cycle is me testing the waters, this dies not mean that I dont intend to fully utilize the boost and keep my diet and training strict and intense.

I currently train 3-4 days a week but once im on, ill most likely make it a 5 day split take advantage.

This thread is basically my "Hello!" to the community, this is my story and my intentions here are to learn and do my best.

So I would appreciate any advice you guys can give, and any questions, ill be hapoy to answer.

It will work for strength gain and water weight. No doubt you will have fun with this experiment.

But... None of the dbol gains will be "keepable" post cycle. Any gains you "keep" a few months from now will be gains from your own diet and hard work. Consider dbol a super creatine, essentially nothing long term.

Now the other guys are going to chew you a new one.

You have not done ANY research. What are you expecting to get out of two weeks? This shit ain't magic.

Get a dose of man the fuck up and inject something like testosterone. For your first cycle, but a dbol only for two weeks? Waste of fucking time and money.

Everything appears to be a contraversial topic, highly debated and differing opinions... others swear that they have put on 20lbs over a 6 week period, lost 13-14 of them and retained 6lbs of lbm, which i suppose agrees with your opinion.

I still consider that a worthwhile boost, given the strength gains while your on, the long term results are still worth it no?

to be fair i expected to be roasted regardless, thats all i see on forums lol. This is why i stress that im here to learn and hear everyones opinion.

I am not someone to take a criticism in a bad way, unless its intended that way.

Dbol is one AAS that can be taken as an oral only cycle. Not many here would encourage you to run this cycle though. gains made by dbol don't seem to last. i would not expect much from a 6 week dbol cycle.If you do run this use 50mg ed for 6 weeks.

if you want to run a real cycle use test. Your stats suggest that there is a problem with training, diet or both.

I didnt say dbol for 2 weeks... my intention is 6 weeks, I'm sure I've stated that clearly in the initial post.

Your going to shut down your test for that? What pct do you have?

You really need to be running some test as your base brother.

Big Paul, I mentioned this to my uncle last night... his attitude is, if the sides kick in, we deal with it... which is NOT my way of thinking... I want to have everything ready for PCT (and i will), From what i know - Nolva...clomid.

You need to run away from your uncle and don't take any of his advice. That is like a cop going to a bank robbery and asking his chief, do I need to bring my gun? Chief says na, I'll get you one if they start shooting........

I'm not disagreeing with any of the replies, id rather take advise from users on this forum as there is a no bullshit attitude.

For my very 1st cycle, Test and Dbol? Is this simply for the longer lasting gains? any other benefits to the stacking? all I have heard is the Long(er) lasting lean mass.

Macros I wont deny, I've gone a little soft on, but when I was calorie counting like religion, I was around
30% fat
30% carb
40% protein

obviously this did vary day to day, but that was my target
 
Yes nolva and clomid.for pct. If you notice gyno starting use the nolve to block e2 receptors.. It is more effective than an AI.It may be better to use nolva anyway because you hormone levels are going to be all over the place because of the short half life of dbol.

Yep I do agree.. the reason im sticking with him is that he has the connections that I do not...

slim guy in the gym walks up to you, asks for a source close to home, you either laugh or slap him! I dont want to be that guy lol.

He has the connection and he knows good training, he does not consider a healthy body a priority, this is why he disregards pct...

Lucky for me im not naive.

You can run a dbol and test first cycle. Not necessary for the "lasting" gains, but when you take that dbol you will be shutting down test production. You will more than likely end up feeling horrible, mood swings etc.

Add in your test as the base.

If I were you and you really wanted to run the dbol I'd run 500mg test per week. And 25-30 dbol per day. I personally take my dbol before workout, typically 1-1.5 hours ahead of time. I utilize the spike, but each person is different and some try to spread through the day.

Edit: if your uncle has been using he can do your injections. I use 27g 1/2 inch needles. You won't feel a thing brother.

well I guess thats something im going to habe to experiment with over time, the majority of what I have read seem to want to spread it over 3 doses daily, but it makes sense as a good pre workout.

I'll look into the test and worst case ill have to postpone this idea for another month so I can get the finances guaranteed.

Do you have any recommendations on a specific test? E? seems to be the most common people do, I only assume due to the life.

Edit: I may try a cheeky pin at his if I can work it!

Edit: they say to spread the dbol out for the day because they feel it will keep your blood levels stable, but think about this.... if you are using test as the base, why try to hit the half life of the dbol? Blood will be stable with the test, that is why I utilize the spike before workout and the additional uptake in nutrition while workout.

But that is another topic on nutrition before workout.

The Dbol £30 per 100 tabs.

I didnt discuss buying any test, off him, he agreed that I should run a dbol only so I could test the waters.
But when he was talking about his cycle I THINK he said maybe £180-200 for a month of test... i could be wrong so please dont flame haha.
