Race to the 4/5/6 milestone (the big 3 lifts)

I havent maxed out in a little bit, but Im pretty confident Ill get the bench and squat before years end.
The DL might be close. Ive been doing a lot more variations lately. In about 6 weeks Ill be doing a mock meet to see where Im at and choosing my programming for the rest of the year

Time to bulk to 220 or 242 and watch your bench numbers go through the roof.

I was actually looking at the numbers for 205lb catagory in my fed and I have a fairly decent shot at taking the deadlift record and total record come October so I'll be sticking with the weight with the possibility of making it in the national rankings I wouldn't want to fudge that up. Only thing about that record is that it's tested and I'll only be done pct by 5days day so don't think I should go for it in October or i could cut my cycle 3 weeks early and go for it but then I wouldn't have stupid high TT for our meet. Why is the world so cruel!

Thought your bench was already into the 4hundo zone wasn't it? I don't remember exactly where you posted it but when you first got into powerlifting were your lifts like 405 across the board lol?

Yeah, the difference between the 220 and 242 records is insane, so I'm better off at 220 right now. Saves a fortune on food anyway. I'll be eligible for sub masters here in a couple years and I'll be able to do some damage there.

I wish. When I first started I was fresh out of the hospital after being sick. I was 275 on everything (And I hadnt consistently been doing squats or DL).

My maxes I put in for my sheiko were 375/415/440, which I did earlier this year.

Unfortunetly everytime I get going I either get sick or injured, but Im hoping Ill have a clean run the rest of 16.

Ya this would have me as an elite lifted and currently Canada is sponsored by SBD for their team so I think goal for the next 2 years is to eventually earn my way into a new SBD singlet that has my countries flag on it

I see why you're all about SBD now, you're just getting ready for your eventual sponsorship with them.
