1st Ever Cycle - Solo Dbol

Hi guys,

I may appear indecisive, so my apologies, but given some of the advice from senior members here, I figured it would benefit me to go straight for injectables, so I am going for 8-10 week sust only cycle, It seems like a good 1st clean cycle. Cash is sorted so picking up at the weekend.

Can you guys confirm that Clomid is the only required pct? 3 weeks after last jab?

Also, I have enough funds available for pct, so a viable option is to pct IF I experience sides? Ive heard varying opinions on the matter... some never do, some swear by it, others do only when experiencing sides.

Thanks brothers✌

You don't just need pct, you need to get an AI. Either aromasin or anastrozole.

Dr.scally power pct- use the search feature[emoji106]

You are tiny, I had friends you size at 15 and 16. Post some photos so we can see your development, and assess if you are even close to being ready for a cycle.

PS please post your training program in detail.

This coming from someone who claims he gained 30 pounds in one cycle.

I'm not bashing you, but you just did your first cycle, and now you are the expert to assess people? The kid has received solid advice by many so far. He took the advice so far and I'm sure when it is time he will ask more advice.

I am well aware that I am smaller than my full potential, my training came 1st, then I went serious on my diet.. training has been 2 years or so in, nutrition went serious over a year ago, I was packing in good clean calories with few cheat days as mentioned before, sometimes into the 5000 calories... I still only gained 7kg that year, still definted very well so lean muscle I assume.

My training is a clean split, howeveer my exercises do vary week to week. I really cant be bothered to go into exactly what sets im doing in detail but here is an idea

As an example;

Mon
Chest/Tris/Traps

Tue
All legs

Thurs
Core work & shoulders

Fri
Back&Bi's

Sat
30 min crosstrainer

I will admit i sometimes skip a cardio week as im paro about the lost calories..

Ive said it before and ill say it again, I swear most of what I eat just seems to come out the other end.

From starting training to now, i was 76kg..now im sitting at a steady 84kg which is my heaviest yet.

On cycle, even if I dont see the massive gains that others do, as far as im concerned, if im bigger by the end of my cycle then I've done something right.

If you knew 15 year olds that were 80kg then either they were built like a tank due to genetics or they were fat as f@#k!

No one makes these so called huge Gaines.

Think of it like this, what does a one pound steak look like? Now in the case of all these people claiming 20-30 pounds gained in 8 weeks.... picture 30, one pound steaks stacked up. Is that realistic? No it's not. If that were true we would all be ifbb pros and do one cycle per year because if we did more then we would all be 500 pounds of muscle. Even first cycles can't achieve 30 lbs of muscle.

Now, 7 pounds in one year is amazing! Keep that focus and this year you could see 10-13lbs of muscle this year.

Of course that makes perfect sense, I am not expecting an 8 week miracle, but to look in the mirror after im off (and holiday in Feb), it would be a great confidence booster to have just a slightly better chest and some arm size.

The main issue at this point are my arms, completely disproprtionate to my body, so in honestly, I probably will focus on the weaker/smaller parts a bit more, instinct.

I am yet so sit down and have a proper think about my training whilst on cycle however.

Given the strength gains I would expect, I may just lift heavier instead of going for volume... thats about as far as I've got to be honest.Im sure ill keep my training split as it is now and just go for heavier and kill it

I would suggest pyramid sets. You will get both volume and strength.

First set- do as many as you can. More of warm up. 20-30 reps.

Second set more weight- 17-20 reps

Third set more weight- 13-15 reps

Forth set- more weight 10-12 reps

Fifth set- more weight- 6-7 reps

Sixth set- more weight- 3-4 reps.

After sixth set- go back down to your third set weight- do as many as you can.

Then drop to second set weight- do as many as you can. ( this will feel like 200 pounds at this point)

Before you do isolated excercises, start off with a compound like I suggested above, after this big compound excersize you can workout. Isolated body parts.

That is impressive, correct me if im mistaken but starting the muscle group on 9 set total pyramid? then isolation. Thats a fuck load more volume that im curently doing lol, I'll definitely be doing that mate.

Thanks for going our your way to advise me the past few days bro!

Horrible training advice. Please post a full training program in detail.

Im not being funny mate but I don't really appreciate the hijack on the thread, I simply made an enquiry to learn.

It's easy to accuse others on shit advice, but if you would be so kind as to point out what is bad about that advice, how it can be improved, and any advice you can pass on to me then im all ears and it would be appreciated.

But please dont just tell people they are wrong and leave it at that.

A child's interpretation, simplistic nonsense.

Gaining 20 or 30 pounds in one cycle is not 100% muscle gain son. Clearly some of that is water and some fat. If some person claimed to gain 30lbs of pure muscle in one cycle then you could spew your childish rant.

If talking natty then yes 7lbs in one year is very good for the average trainer, but nothing exceptional at all . For a roid head 7lbs in a year is nothing.

The truth is only the truth, you can ignore it or learn from it son.
