True, but are Mexican steroids still smuggled across the border in any significant quantities?clearly he's closing the mexican border to increase the profits of domestic labs![]()
Like other republicans, trump is going to treat drug use as a crime and not either personal choice or a disease.
That means he will grow the DEA and FDA and FBI, and target drug dealers. He also is pro private prisons, which means lower level drug users will also need to be locked up in order to fill beds and keep up with contracts they have with the private prison industry

I don't know what prison system they were in but in missouri that isn't the case... Street drugs yes but vials of hormone... not likelywell, from what I've heard from ex-cons, you can get any steroid you want pretty much in prison, same goes for drugs.
I wouldn't doubt it then... feds are much different . u can't smoke cigs like you can in state but they have god dammed soda machines... lolthese two were in federal pens
do you really believe this ?
Come on, if you want to simplify, it goes like this :
* Dems want to control everything, since they always believe they are better than anyone else at running everybody's lives. (Dems created the FDA, remember... FDR in 1938. Sure, Teddy Roosevelt signed an earlier law in 1906 that preceeded this, but it's hard to argue that Teddy Roosevelt was that far off his cousin ideologically.)
* Republicans don't really care that much ideologically about drugs, but they have a solid relationship with Big Pharma (as does the Dems).
The problem with Republicans (in this case) is that they are sticklers for enforcing all laws as they're written.
*** The Dems churn out regulations as if their lives depend on it, and Republicans enforce them. ***
That's why we're in this little boat up this smelly creek.
There is a general movement to rein in the FDA (not from the Dems obviously) and return them to their actual mandate - i.e. ensure efficacy and safe dosage levels and then simply fuck off.
We'll have to wait and see how that goes. Certainly better chances under Trump than under Hillary.
Rebublicans don't really care that much ideologically about drugs??
Its only been under obama tenure that the united states has softned on drug laws. Mandatory minimums, medical marijuana etc.
You really need to educate yourself about things.
Jeff sessions, you know who that is? One of trumps picks for attorney general. Hard core anti drug. Federal State and local republicans are absolutely responsible for our bullshit drug policies.
Come on man. You sound foolish saying the shit you do. It doesn't even take a minimal amount of work to find out how wrong you are about this.

Weren't we talking pharmaceuticals here?
Who created the big laws that drive the FDA? Dems.
Mandatory minimum sentencing - you mean Bill Clinton's law? He's a Democrat. BTW, who outlawed marijuana? FDR.... another Democrat.
Republicans love enforcing laws, Democrats love making new laws and regulations. That's why we get fucked.
The DEA is a separate and complex issue, arguably with a global intel purpose (Cold War crap) rather than anything with "drugs" since state and local do most of that work.
Finally, can you try to stay on topic? You look foolish when you don't. You really think Hillary wouldn't be worse for the common man and his relationship with pharma than what Trump will be?
