King 810 is my daily go to....basically to start off any workout or upon waking up.
As I lay dying- funny we mention this band. Former frontman whos doing a 6 yr bid currently has a lawsuit with DOC for not providing him with PCT meds resulting in a severe case of gyno. He was months deep into a large cycle when he got arrested.

Tim is most certainly going through it... I heard about his monster cycle... Emmure is a heavy hitter brutha. Lamb of God another go to for me... Old Killswitch as well. Fear factory, messhugga, sick of it all always put a smile on my face:)

Some old school punk. I banged the vandals guitarist girlfriend once while they were on tour. Saved me from running with some of the boys and catching a life sentence. That was the time pussy saved my life, lol.

Fuckin love metal. From slayer and exodus to pantera and metallica, immortal and burzum to behemoth and dimmu borgir. I really cant say enough about this because i could sit here all fucking night naming off bands i like hahaha.

Saw Walls of Jericho live. They played their song about twice as fast as in the albums. And her voice is even more brutal in person!

I never heard of them til i saw them live on tour 7 yrs or so ago....once this tatted up red head came out and screamed "FUCK THE AMERICAN DREAM!!!!!" been hooked ever since...

DRI is classic. I have a tattoo with a punk with a mohawk sticking a rig in his arm. It says GO DIE! Go die is my favorite DRI song of all time. That crossover album is great. I got that tat in prison. I'll post a pic soon. It's a real gem:)
