Hi guys, I apologize for the stale post, I've searched around but can't find anyone with similar stats. I'm looking for some advice, I'm considering my first test-e cycle, but wanted to check opinions on whether it's necessary yet? And would a 400mg cycle be worthwhile?
Age - 24
Training - 4 years total, 3 years educatedly
Height - 6ft2
Weight - 95kg (209lbs)
BF% - 14% (midway through bulk atm)
Activeness - I work in construction so a fairly physical job 5 days p/w.
Training Program
6 days a week, roughly 75mins per session, with the following splits;
Mon - Biceps/Triceps
Tue - Chest/Shoulders
Wed - Back/Lats/Traps
Thur - Legs/Abs
Fri - Biceps/Triceps
Sat - (whatever feels ready to retrain/I feel I'm lacking)
Sun - Rest
Diet
~3500kcal 300g protein 350g carb 100g fat. May vary slightly.
Supplements
Standard whey protein (from BP), additional BCAAs, multivits, natty test booster (will drop this during cycle)

My questions are
1. Any tips for a first-time cycle?
2. Should I remain in a caloric surplus throughout cycle + PCT? As I have a holiday booked end of June so wanted to start cutting in April? Which would be roughly 8 weeks in?
3. Any improvements to diet/training always welcome!
