Tren A/ Test P / Dbol short ester cycle

Hi guys,

Finally I decided to start the log. Actually, yesterday I finished the second week of this cycle. Sincerely I was expecting more sides, but none so far.

Any comments on the bold phrases will be appreciated.

My gear I get it from Mission pharma, canadian domestic.

So I am pining short esters every day, the cycle looks like:

1-12: Test P, 40 mg ED
1-10: D-bol, 50 mg ED
2- 12: Tren A 60-70 mg ED
10-12: Anavar 50 mg ED

Arcillaries:
1-12: Aromasin 12.5 ED
6-14: HCG 300 iu x 2 week

PCT
12-17: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/10

I also was thinking to add :

(Cardarine) GW 501516 20 mg ED. Maybe that will also help to low down my body fat.

My stats: 28 yo, 5".7', 172 lbs, bf 19.2% The BF machine is just like a scale, without an handler, thus it might not be very accurate as the pulse might go from one leg to the other rather than the full body.
Been training for years, but in the last 9 months I hit the gym 6 times a week, with small results. Did blood work, and my test was 387 ng, I don't know how much test fluctuates but it seems quite low, although I don't have any low test symptoms apart of putting up weight easily, specially in the belly.

Diet:

Morning: usually either greek yogurt with granola, oat with maple syrup, and a vegetal shake.
at 11 am: tuna with seed flex oil or whey protein shake.
lunch 2 am: usually chicken with rice or pasta
Lunch 4 am: the same lunch, I split the lunch in two

Evening: whey protein shake, If I went to the gym I add complex carb shake

Night: some chicken/ beef/ pork and a wrap, or rice, pasta, brown bread

Night: Casein shake. Many times I doubt if this will just turn in to fat...


The first week I didn't take Tren cause it is my first cycle and as everybody repeats over and over, the first cycle should be test so you know the sides... Actually, I just waited 5 days, then I started with tren.

Regarding sides, I was expecting night sweats, tren cough, short breath, rusty urine, none so far. I touch my nipples to see if there is any sign of gyno, but none. I scratch my back energetically to avoid acne and has worked well, I started to do the same in my face as some grains appeared.
I have the sensations that some times in the day I am more hot than normally, and maybe some times I have some hot flashes, but it is hard to tell if it is because of the weather or tren. I am starting to think the idea of pinning a small drop of tren in a vein and experience the famous tren cough if at all.

My goal is to grow what it would take years, and shine my abs by destroying this stubborn layer of fat.

To assess the effects I measure every week my arm, belly, leg, chest and shoulders. I have to mention that I was on holidays for 20 days and just work out one day, so probably before starting I was smaller than usual.

week 0:
Arms: 14,5"
Belly: 37.5"
Leg: 22.5"
Chest: 40
172 lbs

The first week the pip where horrible, I had a needle of 23"g and 1 1/2 " that I bought by mistake and it really hurt. Then I bought a 25g 1", warmed up the gear, pin it very slowly and pushed in slowly, then I applied the heat from the cup in which I warmed up the gear and then a massage, and the pip became bearable. Although I pin it in the lower interior quads then it gets swollen and painful to walk.

On the second day, my strength increased about 20% and lots of energy.

week 1:
Arms: 15 "
Belly: 37.5"
Leg: 23.5
Chest: 42" (I pinned in each chest one and two days before measuring)
Shoulders: 47"
174 lbs

I initially planned to work out 5 days a week, but I have noticed that the day after I worked out intensely I have less energy. So from now an on my routine is:

day 1: legs
day 2: off
day 3: chest/ abs
day 4: off
day 5: back / shoulders
day 6: off
day 7: arms / core


week 2:
Arms: 15.2 "
Belly: 37.2"
Leg: 23.5" (I didn't work out my legs, I sprained my ankle)
Chest: 42"
Shoulders: 49"
177 lbs


I will post pictures eventually, once I see noticeable changes.
 
No, don't run your dbol for 10weeks , run it for 5 weeks , then run your var after a week for the remainder of the cycle , u get good size with dbol bro quick don't need 10 weeks , 4-5 weeks is good and the anavar will polish that gains up
 
And honestly I would prefer to run the GW 501516 with tren thru out the whole cycle, that being said drop the var it's pointless running car with tren bro gw 1516 is a awesome with tren I did it before too

Thanks for the input, I wasn t sure about GW, and probably I wont run d bol that long.

Also, I am planning to run GW during PCT.
 
dbol, tren, and anavar in one cycle why do you hate your liver ?

As far as I know tren is not hepatotoxic, but in the middle of the cycle I will do blood work, and not sure anymore about var and I will likely short dbol. Also taking milk thirstle 2 ml a day.

Was thinking about getting some anavar at the end of cycle, or masteron. Never tried anavar or injectable masterone before so I been trying to try some of these compounds out since I have access to pretty much everything now. My first tren a cycle. Also all pharmacom gear

Never heard of Proviron before, sounds awesome binding to SHBG and making everything else more bioavailable, inducing lipolisis and not hepatotoxic. Definitively I will try.

This Cardarine ( GW 5015) is a SARM that might gave the same results as anavar, i will try it before ordering anavar.

Have you had any tren sides? Why more test than tren, I am tempted to increase tren up to 80 mg ED... but I will wait to see the effects.

Yea some say it's a waste having the test higher than the tren but that's just how I liked it, I been playing with doses a little as this the first time I have tried short esters so not sure where I like them at.. Only tren sides I have is some night sweats and insomnia .. 1:10am and I got to be up at 6:00am haha.. First time using tren a also. And I absolutely love proviron, I used it last cycle and fell in love with it.. It's supposed to free up free test in the blood, helps with sexual health, can always use that! Uhh also read it enhances other compounds your on, helps as a estrogen blocker, and keeps me lean and dense muscles.. This is just what I read not sure there a 100% true but that's the info I got out of it. I'll probably use proviron for all my cycles

Pharmacom usually explains compounds pretty good. I would recommend proviron , I love it
 
Hey bronik folow your cycle log!! Canadian here doing a test e 250 cruze dose of newport test mixed with nordic and runing nordic tren a and adding anadrol next week. 75mg ed and i have mast p also that i will maybe include after anadrol

Dbol for 10 weeks is not your best option there are many threads on orals taken long term. You should already know this.
Also I wouldn't pin any amount of gear purposely in a vein even if you paid me.

Well I thought as it is my first cycle my liver could sustain this stress, but I don't think that I will go all the way with orals. I will get blood works and see how is my liver doing on the 5th week.

Dude if this is your first cycle you have much more reading to do.
Who set up this cycle for you man? Whoever did doesn't care a lot about your health.

Bro, I will break this shit down for you.
This is not a good first cycle.
1st: Loose the Tren, when the sides come up you'll have no idea what's causing it.
2nd: you should have lost your desired body fat before deciding to cycle, your blood pressure is going to have some problems.
3rd:the dbol is a disaster, I'm one of the only members on this board that isn't against running a 4 week dbol kickstart with your first cycle. But no more than 30-40mg and no longer than 4 weeks.
4th: test prop should not have been your choice, test e or cyp would have been much easier to deal with.
5th: you probably don't even need the anavar your receptors are so fresh you will feel great on test alone, and if your looking to lose body fat, the anavar won't help that, only diet will.
6th: Your PCT sucks. Front load and then tapered down Clomid and nolva. There's a million protocols.
7th: You need to understand the halflife of all the medication you are self prescribing. You cannot immidiatly start pct as you have it mapped out above, you have to wait for all the esters to clear your system (4 half lifes) or about 1.5-2 weeks for test prop I think.
 
I defenitly agree on your first cycle being a simple test e or test c cycle. Get used to how your body deals with that compound before you start adding other compounds especially tren.
