America needs to be first. America needs to be like Costa Rica. I went to costa rica few months ago. very beautiful. And its hard to be a citizen. You must invest 200k into the government, Marry a local woman, or get a job that no other costa rican can perform to get citizenship "Because Ricans are first when it comes to jobs. if they dont have anyone that can do the job needed thats where you come in other then that".
