Then you're on the wrong forum. Members here expect some kind of backup evidence to be provided with claims, especially in regard to SARMS. It's how we keep the broscience out.

With that said, I ran SARMS several times, MK677 isn't a sarm btw far as I know, and they really truly aren't worth the money. They just aren't. The only way I'd ever consider running them in the future would be on a cruise. Even then, running a light dose of anavar would be more advantageous.

I've seen tons of reviews on Meso and hardly any of them have blood tests. I'm not defending sarms, I posted earlier that I don't buy into the sarms pushing on EA youtube channel, like I said I just find it laughable that someone taking the time to post their personal experience gets attacked for not proving it with bloods. If that's supposedly the Meso way then why not demand that of all reviews - there's probably not even 1 in 30 reviews here that show bloods, yet most of them don't get attacked...so it seems to be selective on the brand of product? If you post a positive review of a brand that isn't liked then you must show bloods...starting to sound like those censored boards no?

I am sure that's the norm for reviews on here as people expect bloodwork to back up how good or bad a lab is for gear as well as SARMS. Reviews without bloodwork as evidence are usually dissed as either incomplete or faked nonsense. Honest reviewers will generally pony up the evidence when asked and those that refuse are generally viewed as shills.

Those censored boards they pretty much scorn all negative reviews of their sponsors' products anyway.

What would you consider a light dose of var while cruising? Just curious as I was thinking of doing the same thing.

on a cruise I'd personally be more concerned with half life and frequency than the drug or dosage itself
I've never used anavar or looked up the half life, but for example dbol has a short half life so on a cruise I'd take something like a single dose first thing in the morning only ED since it'll be out of your system during the day so your body can still try to resensitize throughout the rest of the day and night. Whereas something with a longer half life like anadrol or halotestin or injectables you wouldn't be able to achieve that, but I know low dose injectable test is also popular cruising drug if you're not trying to recover.

Oxandrolone is one of the few compounds that is eazy enough to run year round.
A light dose of Upsher-Smith(any pharm var) imo would be 5 to 10mg..and I like where you are with the ugl var @25mg to cruise with.
@Eman is also correct about having evidence to back up claims. @Ackmud, laughing off the way we treat blood work, mass spec, and any other test around here is a testament to how much further ahead meso is compared to other forums.

if you're on low dose test you won't be recovering regardless (because there will always be test in your system) so I don't think the timing of var would make much difference...but if you were trying to recover then it would be best to take just one dose first thing in the am....even 8 hours might be too slow of a half life for 25 mg, because I think that means you'd still have 6.25 mg after 16 hours. Dbol has a much shorter half life and I've seen the example of 10-15 mg first thing in the morning only got some anabolic effect while still being able to recover. Personally I'd just stay off completely though if I was trying to recover.
