I'm going to make this short I've ordered from their us store but I decided to give the international store a try. Long story short the last notice I got was my order was shipped on the 21st and I haven't received any tracking information. And I've tried emailing them/ using wickr. And have not got one response. Any experiences like this is it normal?

Is it like some Chinese weird holiday last week?
 
dude, this took me 2 seconds to find. You need to read.

"Due to coming Chinese new year our international warehouse will be able to ship orders only till the 19th of January. From the 20th of January till the roughly 5th of February we will not be able to ship. All orders placed after 18th of January will be shipped after 5th of February."

Okay thanks but I just got an email saying my order has been re shipped but I never got any notice my order was seized except for the fact it was 3 days past the 14 day shipping time they say?? Any ideas why I got this email
 
Hang tight OP. Things take time from over seas. Just forgot about it and one day it will be in your mailbox. "Watch a pot won't boil".

did you receive your order? first time ordering intl from them, wondering how it went.
 
Int always takes longer my last order was 16 days, ordered again 3 days ago and money still not confirmed, but guess what:

17 orders with ZERO issues....Stop posting time wasting threads

this is good to hear. ive only gone domestic with them until now. package shipped from hong kong nd im on the west coast. hopefully it gets through LAX.
