iFit Test Cyp + Deca Cycle

This is my first log here and my first time trying iFit. I will be doing a simple Test and Deca cycle. And I will be running iFit Aromasin as my AI. And I will be taking HCG. No PCT because I blast and cruise.

My stats:
5'10
207lb
13%bf

My cycle:
iFit Test Cyp 250mg Monday and Thursday.
iFit Deca 175mg Monday and Thursday
iFit Aromasin 10mg everyday
HCG 250iu Tuesday and Friday

My diet:
~4,000 calories a day
~350g of carbs a day
~200g of protein a day

Gym routine:
Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Legs
Wednesday-Back
Thursday-Shoulders
Friday-Arms
Saturday-Off
Sunday-Off

My goal this cycle:
Hit 220lb and keep my bodyfat at 13%
 
Just some suggestions.

I usually pin HCG @500ius twice a week while blasting. I also pin HCG the day after my gear pin. E.g. If I pin test, deca on Monday and Thursday. I pin my HCG on Tuesday and Friday. How much fat are you taking in daily. Deca is a wet compound and it can cause water retention in most people. Some people here have reported very little water retention, which would be due to a number of variables. I'll name a few
  1. Fat intake
  2. Sodium intake
  3. And not keeping your e2 in check
Granted IMO you will hold some water while running deca. But if you keep your diet with clean foods while upping calories. You won't hold as much water and retain most of what you gain from this cycle.

Now to expound upon your training split. I'm a firm believer in frequency. The way your split is set is one body part per day. There will be to much time between hitting each muscle group the next week. You should hit at least two body parts a day twice a week. Here is an example.
  • Monday (Chest,Back) or (Chest, biceps, Triceps)
  • Tuesday (Legs, Shoulders)
  • Wednesday (Off) or repeat Mondays workout
  • Thursday if Wednesday was an off day. Repeat Mondays routine. If you didn't take it off, then repeat Tuesdays routine.
  • Friday if Wednesday was an off day. I'd do HIIT and full body workout. If you didn't take Wednesday off then you repeat Tuesdays routine.
This is just a sample routine. If you go into the body building section you will find some nice routines for your goals. Volume is your friend if you want to build muscle and stay lean. Along with cardio. Now you will have to find a nice balance with cardio.

For the love of the AAS God's. Please get blood work done. You should have pre cycle mid cycle and end of cycle labs done.
 
Thanks for the advice @franchise24 I will up my hcg to 500iu twice a week. I said in my original post that I take my HCG the day after my injections. And I'm looking to get as big as possible, I want to hold water and get bloated lol. On the app my fitness pal it says I'm taking closer to ~5,000 calories with ~140g of fat. I have about 10 meals a day which consist of eggs, oatmeal, chicken, pasta, rice, mcdonalds, steak, corn, and ice cream. I have a really fast metabolism and drink a little over a gallon of water a day. I'm not doing cardio, my goal weight is 300 eventually.

As for training I've tried splits before but for me one body part works the best. I do 6-8 sets of a compound lift and some isolation movements and I'm done. 45 minute workouts, 30 second rest. Bench is 335, Squat is 385, Deadlift is 515, Military is 225.

I will be getting bloods toward the end of my cycle.

Week 2 update. Very smooth gear. iFit is made with grape seed oil so its thick, but absolutely no PIP. I started the cycle at 207lbs and now I weigh 212lbs. I have been eating like a horse and my lifts are going up. Very impressed with this gear so far. Cant wait until a few more weeks when it really kicks in. The iFit Aromasin is doing its job at 10mg a day. No estrogen symptoms at all. I will be doing another update at the end of week 4. Feel free to comment whatever you like, or PM me with any questions.

I'm in the middle of the exact same cycle with a little mast in there as well. Just curious where you are at and how you like it.

How are the workouts going? Try to keep this updated as often as you can. Maybe run a training log and include your cycle log in there as well.

In a week and some days I'll be starting my cycle. I'll include it in my training log. Keeps you accountable. And this will help the community if you get lab work done. So we as consumers can keep these ugls honest to some extent or get them to shut down. I know they will rebrand under another name. But that's part of this game.
 
@Thegreek @franchise24 Cycle is going very good. Coming to the end of the 3rd week. I was going to update every 2 weeks but I will try to update more often.

Workout Log:

I do 1 body part a day, thats what works for me. Usually 4-6 exercises with 3-6 sets per exercise. My rep range varys but I try to stay around 8-12 reps.

Bench-285 for 8
Squat-315 for 8
Deadlift-535 for 3 on heavy days, 405 for 10 on light
Military-185 for 12

For arms I do the rep range 20, 15, 12.

All lifts have been slowly moving up. Definitely impressed with the gear. No PIP at all. And its still very early in the cycle. Some days I take 20mg of aromasin if my nips feel itchy. I upped my hcg to 500iu twice a week, and my balls are staying nice and full.

Start weight was 207 and now I'm 214. Appetite has increased a lot, eating around 5k calorories everyday with over 200g of protein.

Will be updating more often. How are you liking your cycle so far @Thegreek ?
 
Sorry for the delay. To be honest I'm not liking it. I'm waiting for an order from tsl to finish the cycle I'm on and will post the start to finish cycle so I don't want to give to much detail right now but I feel like it's way underdosed as of right now.

I was cruising on 250mg of GP test e, and switched to 500mg of iFit test cyp and started gaining weight pretty consistently. Still early in my cycle, but everything I've expected so far has been really good.
 
Well I'll have labs drawn on Wednesday. Will be 6 weeks of cruising on ifit test cyp at 200mgs/week. I pulled good labs on their Vnum prop when they still sold it. Let's see how it goes.
 
I'll be the first to admit that my diet hasn't been completely on point but the last few weeks starting not to long after I started ifits I feel like I have just hit a wall. Strength has platued libido and well being is shit. Like I said I'm going to finish with another ugl and if all of the above changes then something is wrong. I know I should get bloods done but I live in NY and I don't want to go to my Dr. and I can't order my own.
 
Week 4 Update. So far so good, I started at 207 and now I weigh 215. Got a little acne, night sweats, insane pumps in the gym. My lifts are still going up and I feel very focused. I am now taking 500iu twice a week of HCG. I switched my aromasin to Geneza aromasin because I'm not a fan of capsules. I feel like I have to take 2 10mg capsules to get the same effect I get on 12.5 of a tab from Geneza. The iFit test cyp I'm starting to feel the real effects now. Excited to see the next couple of weeks. The iFit deca has made my joints feel nice and has given me a little bloat which I like. Overall I'm really enjoying this cycle. I will do another update at the end of week 6!

I was worried that I completely crashed E2 so I stopped the letro and was waiting to begin adex until I felt Estrogen begin to rise but its been almost 6 weeks and no gyno. No nipple sensitivity. I've heard mast can be used to help control estrogen but I didn't think it would completely control it. That's why I was worried that ifit maybe was a little underdosed and that's why I'm about to try a new lab. If same actives changes how I feel and look with the same dosing just different lab then something is wrong.

I wouldnt wait until you feel esteogen sides before taking an AI. I would take it on a low dose to prevent having any sides appear.

Letro is for emergency situations, I've heard horror stories with that.

From my experience so far I know iFits Test Cyp is dosed perfectly.
 
That's why I ended up taking the letro. My ADex hadn't arrived yet and wasn't sure when it would so I took the letro to stop the gyno from getting worse. Now. 6 weeks later no symptoms at all. With no antiE.

Take an anti E! Even if you dont have symptoms you should take it. Prevent it before it comes, not after.
 
Thanks for looking out and trust me I know what you mean but this is now an experiment that I need to follow through with. If I can control E (assuming the amounts I'm taking don't change and the gear is good) my next cycle is test tren mast and it would be good to keep things even with the cycle. I have the adex ready to go. Plus I'm close to the end anyway. Things go south I can just start pct.

How many weeks in are you? Many people plateau at week 8, that's when some opt to add an oral or tren. Your libido can shitty well being can be from legroom crashing your e2. I understand you live in NY and it's hard to get labs done. But you are playing with fire not knowing how the compounds you are using are affecting your body.
 
That's what I think happened with the letro and I was expecting that. I wanted to let that clear from my system before I started the adex but haven't felt the need. Libido and well being are back. Nothing crazy just better than how I've felt after the letro. Like I said now it's just a matter of seeing how the next few weeks go. I can bail out if things go south or take it to the end. Not much time left so either one will work. If I go to the end I'll try to get bloods. Wish I could get them now and at the end. At least that way I'd know for sure if one or both labs were G2G
