The reason for large recent busts is that the NSA is now cooperating with LE for less important cases. As simple as that.this is huge looks like maybe NAPS

ABSOLUTELY ALL phone calls, Emails and Internet activity is recorded
But there are so many of them that few are actively monitored (by humans)
Once upon a time NSA was only monitoring those regarding potential terrorists, rogue countries, arms dealers, etc.
But now they give info to pretty much any LE gov't agency asking for it, no matter if they don't have a judge order for that.
(although some info may only serve for investigation purposes, they won't show it in court as they know there was no judge order for that)
BTW they don't even have to listen to all phone calls for the suspect, taking notes.
They get speech-to-text files, you can even search for an specific word on them.
They are amazing, they work accurately even with some background noise or someone else speaking at the same time, nothing like Siri!
I don't know and I dont care if this is NAPS or not but

1 Supposing the amps were brewed at an average 200 mg/ml, and every amp is only 1 mL = 4 Kgs of raw powder.
1 M tabs, some of them may be pct meds, like Arimidex only 1 mg/tab
but let's suppose on average every tab is 20 mg = 20 Kilos. Again not all steroids.
2 Doesn't look that large at first sight but consider

In its offer Slovak had more than 100 different kinds of products, which offered for sale. The police also seized dozens of evidence to give letters and packages sent to recipients in the United States, Germany, Spain, France and the Netherlands.

The police worked on this with the officers of the Customs Service, who inspected more than 100 shipments containing dangerous steroids and anabolic steroids.
