I personally know of some DEA agents that use, I would never give them up however they are hypocrites that is for sure. One friend used to steal gear when he would uncover it in a stop and talk traffic stop. Crazy because I would never use gear from a random source, he wasn't scared.

With the possibility of life staring him in the face, undoubtedly, new info will be brought to light. At the heart of every criminal enterprise are the "unknowns" calling the shots. To think Richard was operating out in the open and that his role was at the top of pyramid is ludicrous.
All in all, who controls all these top sources whether it be domestic or overseas?..im sure you understand what I mean.
