Dbol/ Tren E/ Test E cycle

Good luck getting any help....
Without any knowledge of your experience, cycle history, preferences, or how things react to you, no one is going to help you.
I can tell you what I would do.....
I would drop dbol for anadrol 100mg a day, run 200mg test, 400mg tren, with 25mg aromasin eod. Like I said this is me, I know how my body reacts to these things. I don't know anything about you.

Don't want to step on your toes here, but the way you asked that question makes it sound like this is a 2nd cycle.

What else have you taken? Why are you planning on taking tren?

I've done a few test only cycles. My most recent cycle was 6 months ago Test e and Deca for 12 weeks, 500mg/week of both pinned twice a week.

The only side I experienced was acne on my back wasn't terrible.

The reason for Tren is to lean out some but honestly, for the strength increase, I've been lifting for about 9 years, but within the last year and a half, I've been training for powerlifting and just want to get an edge up.

Currently weighing about 240 15% bf
Squat 515
Deads 515
Bench around 315

My squat and deads are going up struggling with the bench.

Yup I second what LeanCuisine has said, drop the dbol.

I got some pretty good feedback in a similar thread I created the other day, doing pretty much the same cycle but with drol in place of dbol and I'm gonna stack mast with the test/tren.

So I'm gonna run
100mg drol
300 test e
300 tren e
400 mast
Definitely wouldn't go above 300mg pw tren especially with the advice from the members here.

If you get advice here then make sure you take it in, some people on here know their stuff, not saying I'm the best person to take advice tho as I'm new to tren too.

Sounds like a program change and maybe some halo would help. Don't rely on tren to lean you out.
Lots of educated power lifters here on the board. I'm definitely not one of them, but maybe one of these brigands can help ya there. @Perrin Aybara @franchise24 @RodgerThat @insaiyan93

"Training for powerlifting"
Personally I wouldn't tren then, just run test/deca again.
I might sound like an idiot here but why would you want to be a shredded power lifter? It's about how much weight you move, not how good you look.

I'll definitely take the advice, I'm wanting to cut down to around 220 for competition which is was I was thinking about tren. Like I said before I had no symptoms with deca. I haven't looked into drol.

True, but i'm not necessarily doing it to be shredded more of a cutting down to weight class. If that makes any sense lol

I like tren a lot, but if you're in a calorie deficit don't expect your bench to go up. It's possible, but I'd just expect to maintain your current bench and maybe gain a little on your squat and deadlift depending on how big a deficit you're in.

The beginning of last year I did a meet in the 242's and totalled high 1400's. Spent most of the year cutting and finished with tren and beat that total by almost ten pounds weighing in at 191 for the 198's. I gained a little on squat and dead and bench was about the same. I was running HGH most of the year as well and I think it really helped with keeping my size and strength while cutting.

Just cutting from 240 to 220 would definitely be easier. I'd recommend a zigzag diet approach, that's how I'd do it. Higher carbs and calories on training days and less on non training days. Helps preserve muscle and strength and helps with performance.

Personally I want to look great and be beastly strong. Plus competing in weight classes it's beneficial to be as lean as you can. More muscle to lift more weight and all. Fat is mostly dead weight unless you're like a super heavyweight and I'll pass on being that big.

That's exactly how I feel, I know dropping so bf% will definitely help my total go up. I'm probably stronger on deads and squats then I posted but those are the most recent prs. I definitely have more in me lately it's been a mind game with weights. That's why I wanted to try tren for some lean gains and strength and plan on doing dbol for try he first 4 weeks.

Yeah, I did dbol the last six weeks of that cycle I was talking about, too. Only 20mg/day.

Once you get to your lower weight and maintain or hopefully gain some strength you'll be good once you get out of the calorie deficit. I'm actually lighter now than when I started using gear, but I'm a hell of a lot leaner and stronger.

In your opinion what would you suggest for my next cycle?

Im no good here, the other 3 for sure though hah.

Ok I'll start by saying that your diet and training will be the most important factor. If you don't have a good program that allows to you recover and progress, the gains from AAS will be short lived.

Now as far as running tren for strength go for it. I am running at the moment:

Test cyp/Tren/Deca/ Dbol
1000mgs/600/450/ 50mgs all weekly doses.

Deca will keep you joints nice and lubed, which you will want as you start progressing to heavier weights. Tren will give you that strength you are looking for. Just like @Perrin Aybara I ran tren a on a cut and I went from 240 to 220. I was able to maintain the strength I gain from my bulk but I was also able to add some strength in a calorie deficit due to running tren and having a structured training program.

I'm only on my third cycle myself, so I'm far from an expert or anything. I'll give you my opinion though.

Are you doing a meet at the end of this cycle or just leaning out in the off season?
Do you blast and cruise or PCT?
The goal would be to set a meet up with in 2 weeks of my cycle. But I always do a pct.
