That's what I use. It seems like it makes a difference in how vascular I am and how good the pumps are.

I've been using it for months now and it may be in my head, but it seems like I can tell a difference when I don't take it.
 
Pre workout regimen; 7.5-10mg cialis, 1,000mg L-arginine , 1,000mg no flush niacin, 200mg caffeine , 4-5 iu rapid insulin along with proper carb intake and a moderate amount of protien 45 min-1 hr preworkout. Pumps be like whooaa!!!

Ya. Easiest way for me to tell is by the way my veins pop. Without it it takes a good warm up and to get a good sweat going before they start to stick out much. With it they're already that way and I'll get veins showing in my quads when I do leg work. I get a pump a lot faster too. I'm sold on it.

I get no more benefit taking more than 10 either. Tried it and no difference.

Yeah I've been reading up on it.
I guess it's got a 17.5 hr half life so I guess I won't see much of an effect for a couple days. I'm just gunna go 10mg a day till I run out.

I'm not on cycle right now so hopefully this and creatine will help my pumps during my off time.
