Ya. Easiest way for me to tell is by the way my veins pop. Without it it takes a good warm up and to get a good sweat going before they start to stick out much. With it they're already that way and I'll get veins showing in my quads when I do leg work. I get a pump a lot faster too. I get no more benefit taking more than 10 either. Tried it and no difference.
