Ya I am partial to Starbucks and there's one on the way to the gym and I order the grande dark roast ahead using the app on my phone.You come off as a Starbucks kinda guy @MindlessWorklol just foolin!
200mg caffeine is noticeable. Some prelift a I've tried have 200mg caffeine and 200mg anyhydrous, those have a bit more pick me up. I don't like anything with 1-3 dimethyl or dmaa
Haha no jak3d??I make my own pwo and take 2x200mg caffeine pills, plus as espresso about an hour prior haha I have an addiction apperently
