What's up guys?!

I'm totally ashamed of myself for even writing this post... But, after an overwhelming amount of good reviews from friends regarding 5% Nutrition's products, I figured I'd give a few a try!

Firstly, since I don't eat dairy, I am limited as to what powdered proteins I can take... Carnivor and other beef proteins are nasty... Veggie protein sucks, and most egg white protein powder tastes like shit... These egg white crystals are LEGIT! It's weird, they are very static-y in the packaging, and I don't love the price of $54 for 30 servings of 25g protein... BUT, it's convenient... They mix up great and genuinely don't have any taste at all. I LIKE this product, a lot.

I wanted to try out the Real Food powder, as the concept of powdered yams and sweet potatoes for a 1hr pre workout shake is pretty appealing to me. The blueberry cobbler is delicious, seriously, it tastes great! I mixed 1 serving of the egg white crystals, 1 scoop of the real food powder and 1/2 carton of liquid egg whites together with some unsweetened almond milk for a post workout shake... It was DELICIOUS! This product again is a bit pricey, but, it feels like it's high quality. Mixes up great minus the little bits of oats... If the ingredients and nutrition facts are true to the label (eh helm, Prime Nutrition), this is a solid product.

Lastly, @Eman has been seriously GAY over the sweet tea BCAAs/ random other ingredients drink "All Day You May".... It tastes awesome, mixes up PRETTY well, but it took a few good shakes to get it mixed. I like the added joint support products in the mix. Overall, seems like a good product, but pricey.

What it boils down to is, I liked all 3 things, a lot..... The prices are high, but, the quality seems to be top notch. The packaging is puke-worthy in 5% tradition... But, nothing in life is perfect!

Im lactose intolarant but have been able to use whey protein isolate with only moderate bloat and gassiness.

Would be nice to find a protein that didnt give me wicked gas

Ha, if I was gonna be a shill, it wouldn't be for Rich Piana.... But, quality is quality, and I tried to be as objective as possible when trying them. Needless to say, I was very impressed and surprised.
It's all good just playing, lol.

I just hope what they say is in it is ACTUALLY in it
I have a hard time with supps for this very reason. No FDA oversite.

That's why I tell people who are using insulin to NOT trust supplements for your carbs! I used Prime's IntraMD and almost went hypo from it, well, I kind of did! Turns out they were using shit or underdosing all together! Only use REAL foods like gatorade powder, pineapple juice, etc. for those who are using insulin and need a reliable carb source.

Ill take ur word for it, lol

I bought the "all day you may" from a recommendation. I needed a bcaa that I could drink while working out that wouldn't make me feel like puking. I bought the watermelon, while it is a acquired taste. If you use half dosage it is awesome. I found mixing the day before is best, it really helps get rid of powdery residue floaters.

I am planning on buying the sweat tea to drink during day at work for a treat

I got the watermelon and wasn't really impressed... Iced tea is much better IMO. I started adding my emergen c to the watermelon to give it a little boost, makes it kind of too sweet though.
