I'm not "recording" the exact number of calories truth to be told, but that's because after a while it just becomes an "habit" and you do it automatically.
The mass gainer on its own count as 2k calories (at the very least, as I take a dose in the morning and another one before bed).
The other 4k I get through the day, with eggs, oats, tuna, chicken, peanut butter, bananas, sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach, cottage cheese/goat cheese, brown rice...
I also take 5 - 6 Liters of water a day.
My diet is not dirty at all, except for the mass gainer of course...
I know it sounds hard to believe, but it has always been a pain in the ass to put on weight for me, but cutting is just fine, that's why I expected more of this cycle... But apparently, for some reason, it doesn't seem to work for me on either of these ways.
I feel my body hot and have some light night sweats, other than that I don't see much else...
I only posted here to hopefully get some guidance... If I wanted to bash PS I would just say his gear is bunk, but I did not. In fact, I had nothing but a great customer service from him and hopefully I can count on him for future cycles...
