hey everyone. Another newb here looking for help. I'm 41 and have been lifting for about 7 yrs (first couple were pretty speratic). I've platauted for a few years now and doesn't seem to matter how I change my routine or diet I'm not really progressing enough for my taste and am looking at possibly doing my first cycle. I'm 5'8" and 176lbs. Not sure what my BF% is but it is higher than I'd like. My diet isn't too bad but could be better. I just got my T tested and am waiting on results. I'm not looking to get a super huge mr Universe body but would love to put 15lbs of muscle and trim some of the fat.

Post your diet and training routine.

Currently doing a 3 day split (legs, push, pull). Was doing a upper/lower split up till a few weeks ago as I didn't have as much time. My diet varies. Usual consists of oats, cottage cheese, yougurt, eggs, whole wheat toast during the day and what ever the wife makes for dinner, with a shake and maybe a protein bar thrown in.
