Training suggestions without access to weights

I work offshore on a 14-14 schedule so therefore I have no access to a gym for half the year. The only weights I can get hold of are large shackles. Any suggestions on a way to keep building mass without access to a weight room? Thanks.
 
Buy a deck of cards

Spades = burpees
Hearts = push ups
Clubs = pull ups
Dimands = sit ups

Cards are worth face value
Jack, queen, king are 15
Aces 20
Black joker 25 burped to pull-up
Red joker 25 push-ups/mountain climb

You'll stay conditioned and mobile for when you can smash weights then for your two weeks in the gym lift heavy.
 
I've heard of seals doing this when they were bored but never saw it printed out, thanks!

Get you a set of plastic gym rings and set them up out there. Go read iron cross grow stronger method and follow it. Also do pull-ups, push-ups, flyes, shoulder pulls, static holds, bw curls, triceps extensions, pistol squats. The amount you can do with them is endless. Gymnast look the way they do for a reason, many of the movements put extreme stress on the muscles in the stretched positions and you hold it there. Works wonders and makes you feel better. Will improve balance, stability and athleticism big time.
