I havnt actually done anything yet, but am strongly considering it... wondering if there's anyone willing to guide me in the right direction. I'm 33 5'8 288 pounds.... I would definitely appreciate feedback on how to cycle and what all I need to cycle... thanks folks

Most people will advise you not to cycle until you drop weight. Also you should have a solid diet and training reg down before adding drugs you don't need.

I'm a big guy... not sure what my bmi is currently but as far as trading I havnt trained In almost four years

Yeah. No... You need to fix your diet and train for a couple years consistently. It makes zero sense to start your first cycle when you haven't even been training.

Gear should be used to push yourself to new levels... Without training you are nowhere near a peak, hence you have nothing to push past.

You will achieve huge things with a couple years of clean eating and consistent training. Plus it will give you time to really study this board and learn what to do, when and who to source from.

At 33 years of age, your just past your prime. Your testosterone levels should be sufficient for you to train very solid, at least 3-5 days per week. I agree with the other members, once you reach a certain peak performance point, you're ready.

For me, I didn't start hormonal replacement therapy until i was 42. I now feel like I'm in my early 30s in terms of workout recovery time, energy levels, and overall results from working out.

Just start and commit to a workout and diet regimen and by week 3 you will be well on your way.

Good luck with your endeavor bro! Would be great to see your progression.

Also don't use a picture of yourself for your profile pic. Since your going to engage in illegal drug use haha.

Second this.

There is a metric shit ton of information here on cycles, just use the search button. But most everyone seems to be pointing you in the right direction already. Get your diet and training on point long before you think about taking the leap into AAS. You'll be glad you did and they'll be much more effective that way.

I've cycled at a higher bf% but not 288 and no training for years. The gear isn't going to help you lose weight/gain lbm if you're diet and training aren't on point. Best bet like was mentioned is get a solid training foundation and a good diet where you can stay consistent and then consider aas.

You're just simply looking for shortcuts instead of hard work. AAS were mean for people already in good shape. You'll put your self at high risk juicing with high body fat. Anyway seems like you're gonna do it anyway dont forget AI and hcg
