Am vs pm training carbs

I usually train at nnight after meal number 3 out of 4. I have 4 big meals a day. 50-75 g prot each with 30-45 g fats and i always do around 100-120 g carbs each.

Now
I train each sweekend once in the norning and im always less strong and look way less pumped..

I jad 2 scoop whey, 1cup eggwhites, 2 cup oats and 3 tbl spoon mct oil and ny workout was good but nothing insanly feeling strong ans energy even with pre.

Does it mean i need to do like 200g-300g carbs 1st meal? I hate when i cant perform 100% feels like a day lost
 
If your normally training after meal 3 at those numbers you'll roughly have 200P, 340C, 100F in your system ingested over prob 10 hours. Even if you bump your breakfast up to 200/300C I don't think it'll be enough time to give you the same effect you get on your week day training.
Im normally a morning training, after 1 meal. On the occasion I go after 4th meal it's amazing how much better I feel.
I wouldn't stress though might be good to fuck with your body a little and force it to adapt to training with less fuel and at a different time

Thx the gym near me closes at 1 pm so the next one is 30min away and i dont feel like driving on my day off haha
 
Your body will adjust to the timing of carbs. I can do zero carbs pre-work out and still look pumped and large depending on what I've been doing throughout the week/month. I think too many carbs preworkout would.make you sluggish , but that's just me
