Training frequency

It depends on the person. I can 10x3 for one excerise and add other exercises 6-8 reps without burning out. I actually respond best to low reps higher volume. Everybody's different. Higher reps are a waste of time. I learned that you need to experiment. All these know it all guys that say you need to do low volume or high volume, or the bodybuilding rep range. Yes they do work but not for everyone. I tried high frequency. It doesn't work for me. Once every 5 days work great for me, but that's just me.

You can't really have high volume and maximal weights. You could do a lot of low rep sets with high weights and rest to increase weights/volume I guess. You would need a deload pretty often though.

No what I do is high weight low reps but little to no rest and lots of sets and the Odd work out I will slow it down to get my max Weight and do like 3 reps but I usually do 5 reps

Which program is best you suggest. I need something new to break through plateau
Best? Idk about best. Their all designed a little different. I just finished Sentinel. That was a 14 wk program. First 4 wks is high frequency legs, then high frequency back then the last 3rd of the program was high frequency chest&shoulders. I really liked it. Alot of thought and design built in to it. Its nice to learn new shit after all these years

Yes, to the T.
Except i dont do deadlifting. So the couple times he called for it i skipped or did hypers.
I honestly believe it is the best designed BB program ive ever done
Not even really close. The man has a ton of knowledge and small nuances that like it or not DO separate BB training from others. The splits were fucking awesome. Always pushing the line between overtraining but never crossing it and the specialization periods i really liked. Great way to overstimulate a bodypart then back off

How many of his programs have you tried? Im thinking pretty seriously about buying one and trying it out too.

Just Sentinel so far. I have others just waiting in the wings to start though. Just wanted to break away for a bit and so some straight sets and what not. Ill be ripe to start a new meadows program soon enough

I used to do a 3day split, but im in the process of a new routine. Same as op, i get a better workout if i just focus on one muscle group. Plus with abs and calves 2 to 3 times a week, workouts were getting a bit long. I was doing... Chest/bis, back/shoulders, leg/tris... With a couple of ab and calves days.
