By no means is this a protocol anyone should do unless they're experienced with insulin. I'm just sharing my results. For starters I'm an insulin dependant diabetic to begin with, so very experienced here.
I never thought I was much of a creatine responder before throughout all these years. But in all fairness, I wasn't consistent with it and decided to try it again just because it's cheap. I shit you not I bought some cheap creatine HCL from Walmart and began dosing it throughout the day at 750mg per dose (it's dosed different since it's hcl I guess) one tiny teaspoon is about that dose. I decided to split it up and do about 3 servings a day split up. I tried timing my insulin around my creatine intake.
I shit you not I've put on about 15 lbs in a month and still lean. I was only using my TRT dose during this time and doing pump style training with lighter weights and short rest intervals. Been getting comments on my build every fucking day numerous times a day. Everything is fuller and pumped as fuck, muscles rounder. So I guess with consistent creatine intake split up during the day around my insulin is doing something for me!!! Just thought to share with y'all.
