Help me do rhGH as safely as possible

Common knowledge and experience tells me blood glucose is not an issue at 4iu or below. You really don't "feel" much at all. The stuff does wonders on body composition, skin and sleep though. Just be prepared for the long haul as many see no body comp/skin results for the first 2-3 months (sleep improvements come within a few weeks though)
Yah, I expect this to be a long ride. If it increases my qol I expect I’ll be doing it much longer than my 6 month planned cycle. Thx for the input. Really making me worry less that anecdotally people don’t have glucose issues at the dose I’m aiming for

Good to know that titration is easier for some than others. I’ve seen complaints after ramping to fast but I think I’m overthinking everything lol
It seems to me that guys that have trouble with tingling and cps are the ones that try to shoot directly to 8+iu or make a big jump like 100% dose increase like 6iu straight to 12iu

The 6 month cycle is common, although I dont completely understand why for the fat loss/longevity user (less than 4iu). At this point a person has just recently started seeing the best benefits so why stop? Also, I will get arguements but I use 5/2 method and, based on my experience, it does limit sides substantially for me. No CTS and almost no water retention. And it helps make your kits last longer.

I was planning on doing the 5/2 method myself. The fact it limits sides makes this even more appealing to me.

I guess 5/2 works but the reason that even came along in the first place was for guys that wanted to save money on their gh. There’s no real results benefit to taking 2 days off
Disagree. I've done both and for all the reasons above it makes alot of sense. Positive results are virtually identical with minimization of the negatives. But to each his own - no sense arguing about it.

I believe the anti-aging clinics do the 5/2 to limit potential desensitization and antibody development. I’m more looking to limit sides than anything.

I’ve seen this sentiment echoed across meso and other boards. Minimization of the potential negatives is my main goal with this thread, and I’ve basically not seen anyone say that the 5/2 came with any drastic reduction in the positives. It seems to be the safe decision health wise and fiscally.

I do 5/2 but use the same total weakly dosage like i would take it every day.
Its better for me in every single way.
No side effects as high as 8iu that equals 5,7 iu ed dosing .
This an interesting schedule using a weekly dosage for ed squeezed into the five days. I will definitely consider this.

I’ve seen in other threads you were using ghrh/ghrp peptides with your hgh. Is that still what you’re doing? Part of me is worried the rhGH won’t give me as good as a sleep improvement as ipamorelin and mod grf have and would want to throw those back in to my cycle to get that sleep improvement if that’s the case. Ipa/mod grf have been better for my insomnia than any prescription med my doctor has thrown at me.

No i just tried it once but was to complicated .
What i was trying to say but failed miserably is if one is taking 6 ius every day and is experiencing side effects he could try the same weekly dosage compressed in 5 days (8,4ius) and has a good chance of getting away with it without sides.
I have awesome sleep on GH with the craziest dreams and wake up very rested .
Some have reported this not to be the case but i have not experienced this so i cant comment on it.
If you try it out report back with the results because its a interesting subject

Doctors who prescribe gh and a 5/2 schedule don't do it to save their patients money. And there is no need to guess wether or not it works because it's been working for people for decades.

The tolerance and titration schedule will vary for everyone of course. With that said, I started day 1 with 1iu before bed. Next day I did 1.5iu, next night 2, then I just went straight into 3-4iu/day. Sometimes all at night. Sometimes split morning and night if my schedule allows morning cardio that day. I had some tingly hands/fingers a VERY little bit in the first week but it quickly went away just as fast as it showed up
When i start a new HGH run i start with 2iu and I've had headaches for 1 or 2 days but then went away and I continued to 3.5iu day.
Guess it effects everyone differently which makes sense.
