Making your own bac water or buying pharma

Hey, I can't really decide if I should make my own bac water or buy pharma bac water. (I don't live in US, so don't have the great medex deal).

Making it yourself will be super cheap and I know how to do it as there are tutorials here. But I still have my doubts as stuff like this should be done in a sterile environment. Like even if there is some bacteria floating around in the air in my room, the bac water could get contaminated. Pharma made bac water is made in a labor from professionals.

Do you think making it yourself is worth the risk?

30 ml bac water from pharma costs around 30 euro including shipping. I need around 30ml a month.
Self made 30ml bac water would cost me like 2 euro.

Pharma is better. Carefully homemade is still preferable to UGL. I have my doubts any non-pharma BAC sold is using water for injection. More likely distilled or sterile water instead.

Medex does ship internationally so a case would only be around. 10-15 euro / 30ml.

I'm have the same thought:
99% Benzyl alcohol
Sterile water (not pyrogen-free, but who the f cares, I'm gonna die Anyways)
+ sterile vials.

The solution needs to be 0,9 pr ml/ or 9% BA, if my math is right.

And Voila magic accours = BAC water

Pyrogen free water is about ensuring you keep the immune response in the area you're injecting to a minimum, so you don't needlessly build immunity to the peptide/protein drugs you're injecting.

It's not hard to find, anywhere.

Yes, it should be purified for endotoxins that Could cause that Immune response for some people....

I have both on hand, but I have not got any immune flare up, at any peptide injection sites....... Yet :p

You can't feel the type of immune response I'm referring to. The body doesn't let impurities enter the subcutaneous space without doing something about it, everyone responds, It would take a huge amount to develop noticeable symptoms.

When patients on growth hormone develop immunity and reduced (or lost) response to GH one of the first strategies is to change brands. It's the same active ingredient, but a different impurity profile may lessen the immune response, allowing the GH to work again. sometimes it works, sometimes not, since there are variations in individual immunity.

As you'd expect, UGL peptides are already much worse in terms of impurities than pharma, keeping endotoxin out of the mix will at least lessen the impact.

I can get water for injection and benzyl alcohol, so in the end it would be the same ingredients that pharma used for their bac water.
The only difference would be that I am doing it in my dirty room while the pharma made bac water is done in a labor with the people wearing gloves and masks whiile making it. Which is a pretty big difference tbh.

Do you think it would be safe if I buy BA and a 100ml vial of sterile water for injection, draw the BA with a syringe filter, then directly inject it in the vial of water for injection. This way I dont have to buy sterile vials and dont have to draw out the sterile water for injection.

I think this way it should be save right?

Or should I go 100% safe and buy pharma?

I had the same dilemma and i bought pharma. There's a site in EU that ships the Pfizer hospira, 3X30ml cost me 90 euro including shipping but i only use 10ml per month. In your case i'd go with the medex. You pay upfront enough money but it's still a great deal for 25X30ml bottles.

Yes I think it would be fine.

Since the vial is so large, 100ml, you must be disciplined in maintaining sterility to avoid contamination accumulating.

Always wipe the stopper with alcohol and allow to dry before sticking the needle in.

Most importantly, never move the needle from the peptide vial back to the BAC vial. One direction only. Withdraw BAC water with a clean needle and inject into peptide vial. If you need more, use a fresh needle,

My thought were to buy 20 x 10 ml plasco B. Braun sterile water for injection - and then mix the solution with BA In sterile vials of 10 or 20ml - smaller amounts, my thought was it would be a bit safer... But maybe I'm wrong.

Smaller the vials, the better.

Same applies to the peptides themselves. The lowest practical dose you can get in individual vials the better. The less time these compounds remain in reconstituted form, the better. It's once reconstituted that most of the degrading and impurity formation takes place.

Sometimes there's a very large per mg price difference between low and high dose vials, sometimes it's negligible, in which case getting the smaller ones is preferable.

When the side effects reported to the FDA from numerous brands of growth hormone were analyzed, the lowest rate of problems were reported with the types in single use vials, reconstituted and used immediately.

This would cost 2,6 euro excluding shipping.

100ml benzyl alcohol 17,5 excludins shipping. 100 ml would last 30 years at 30ml per month bac water if im not wrong.

I was thinking the less the steps the less is the chance of contamination

But not directly injecting in the sterile water for injection means more steps, which would mean more chance of contamination
But I don't know what would be the right thing to do here, I never saw a 100ml bac water vial sold so maybe I am wrong.

Its a bit risky, delivering to europe it could get seized as it normally requires presciption.

@Ghoul I use like 200iu of HGH per month. Do you think it would be alright if I mix 0,5 ml of bac water per 10iu of hgh instead 1ml per 10iu? This way I would buy the pharma bac water as it wouldnt cost me so much monthly.

anything i brew myself at my home , i wear a protective hazmat suit, gloves, mask , hairnet, and set up shop in my laundry room which is as dust free as i can get, laying painters paper down etc , far from "Sterile environment " but if you take "precautions" you can make good safe bac water at home, IMG_0205.webp, here is a good quality sterile/endotoxin free water that was purchased off Amazon, ive been using Hospira for last couple years , but i am getting into "home brewing " so i will be trying this homemade bac water mix ,,,,,

Bacterio-static is a strange name, because if I'm not totally wrong E coli and E. faecium would thrive perfeclty well in that low Vol. solution - and there are probably many other 'some what' alcohol resistent germs - And then there are Extremophiles, but they are just INSANE almost un-kill-able, and I love them !!!

things are sterile, but as soon as you expose them for air, breathe on them, jam a 21 gauge in them to many times/over time..... etc - they are not....

That's why I would prefer the rotation principle, new fresh solution once in a while ....

But your procedure also crossed my mind......... cause I'm a lazy cunt :p

If I do it I also plan doing it the right way, but right now I am too lazy for all that lol, so I guess Ill buy pharma for now and do 0,5ml per 10iu to save some money. And when my bac water runs out ill do it myself.

Yeah, using 30ml vials is probably better, I'll buy pharma for now and when it runs out make my own bac water and just try out to see how it works the best.
