Slicin' and Dicin' into the summer

Leave this BS out of this log please. @Sworder we can easily go to your log and fuck it up. Not that anyone would notice since no one comments on it or reads it.

Your right jay. Sorry bout sidetracking your log a little Wunder, wont happen again.
Hope everybody has a great day[emoji4]

Also, going back to my original post about insulin. Wunder, Rock and I were having a normal conversation without asking each other to kill ourselves before Eman jumped in and started the personal attacks. On page 25 re-read my post and how it wasn't until the circle jerk crew that felt the need to fuck the thread up. Either way, been off-topic a while now. I am out if y'all don't have anything further.

What's up guys?!

Hope everyone is doing well, things are running smoothly in my world.

So, I will be starting a new program with our valuable member @ChestRockwell as my coach... The goal of this program will to get as lean, dry and nasty as possible. We have discussed going that route for the next few months, followed by a cruise and then a huge mass gaining phase after that... I will start a new thread to track the progress when we actually start, as it'll be a completely different cycle, diet etc... I will, unfortunately, have to go over what info I can and cannot share (most likely actual numbers for drugs, diet etc.) publicly, as this is a paid service. It should be noted I am not being coached for free, and I am paying just as everyone else is.

The results will be posted, either positive or negative. I have faith in Chest, and I am looking forward to trying some new things. I have been using John Meadows programs for - I believe - 2 years now, and it's time to just give them a break and try something new. Not that Meadows isn't amazing, and I WILL use him again, and will ALWAYS recommend him, I just want to expand my knowledge base further by using different coaches and methodologies. Hopefully I will walk away a more well-rounded lifted, and be able to share more experiences with everyone.

Anyway, feel free to ask away and comment!

I'm happy to see these results... Remember I was just coming back off of a serious bicep injury when I started this in March, so I'd say my arms really came back quickly. There was no synthol, SEO or any other gear injected into my arms (before you ask). Anyway, feel free to comment on my changes, critique or ask questions. I'm happy with what I've done in 3 months... Now, let the true cutting begin!

Nice progress big guy!! How's that food bill treating you?!?

Get him on stage, will you?

At this juncture, we have not discussed actual competitions. However, one of the cool things about mock preps is that it allows someone to learn a lot about their body's response to dieting that can be used should a competition be pursued in the future...it can also be the thing that determines if someone actually wants to pursue a competition in the future.

Morning, guys!

I woke up sore as fuck today, seriously, my legs feel like they were assaulted by baseball bats... So, since I think yesterday was one of the better leg workouts I've done in a long time, I figured I would share...

IDK why I stopped posting my workouts, do you guys like reading them?

Standing leg curl: 2-3 warm-up sets... Work to a difficult 8 reps, maybe 1 more rep in the tank. Bring the weight up, and SLOWLY lower it.... Try to extend your body over the pad to get an extra huge stretch...

Immediately superset with-

Barbell stiff legged deadlifts: Warm-up to a solid 8 reps again, but only go 3/4 of the way up. Try and keep CONSTANT tension on your hammies. Do not jeopardize *FORM for ego here, go lighter if you need to and focus on using your hammies.

After your warm-up sets, 5 super sets (so 10 working sets combined)

Leg press: Work up to a challenging 15 reps (I added a plate to each side until I could BARELY get 15 reps, this was about 6 warm-up sets... This assures you're not missing out on volume).

Immediately superset with-

Narrow stance smith squats- Imagine you're sitting in a chair... Pause for a moment then drive up... Focus on using your quads to drive your body up. I did a sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 then 4 (adding weight each time) after I found my 15 rep max on the leg press.

THEN supersetted with-

Wide stance smith squats- Your standard smith squat, this should be hurting. I followed the same rep scheme (12, 10, 8, 6 & 4).

5 rounds total after finding your 15 rep max on the leg press. If this shit doesn't *HURT like absolute hell, you're not pushing hard enough. I had to push past my regular pain tolerance to complete the last 2 rounds.

Quad extensions: 1st set was 25 reps with a 3 second hold at the top of the lift. 2nd set was 25 reps with a 2 second hold at the top, increased weight. 3rd set was an all out blast to absolute failure, followed by as many partials as I could complete...

Seated calf raises: Pyramid up to your 10 rep max. Each set do a 10 second hold in the flexed position at the end (after your 10th rep, just hold that shit up). Focus on stretching and allowing your heels to go below your toes (it'll make sense). I find calves develop best when they are worked fully from the stretched position to the contracted position.

Hanging leg raises: I just knocked out 4 sets of 15 or so slow and controlled reps. Honestly, I was beat.

So, I want to talk about the two works I have selected in this post, "hurt" and "form"....

"Hurt" is something you guys should be used to, in terms of muscular pain or discomfort. This does NOT mean you should feel any pain or discomfort in the connective or soft tissue. It's okay to feel a bit of severe discomfort in challenging lifts, get used to it, and embrace it... If you feel pain in your knees, for example, during squats, this is NOT the good hurt we are looking for.

"Form", to me, is huge. I believe "failure" is largely defined as when form is no longer proper. Sometimes the incorporation of partials or cheat reps can push the muscle to a new level... However, I see most people START with cheat reps (watch 95% of people do bicep curls, it's more of a shoulder raise).

No need to lump me in with anybody else as if there is some crew going. The circle jerk crew is a bunch of faggots that let each other do stupid fucking shit and don't interject because they are busy cock stroking. I think DocD was the main person that told Wunder not to do the synthol but Wunder ignored the advice. And keep in mind Wunder is on a forum where the more brains the smarter ones choices should be but you guys let him rip his bicep. So much for helping people out..

I did advise WP not to run the synthol and I agree with his doctor that it is the reason behind his muscle tear. I even posted pictures of dying muscle tissue from synthol BUTTTTTTTT Wunder is a grown ass man and makes his own decisions. I don't pay his bills for him, and neither do you, so I have no more influence over his decision making than anyone else.

If you end up dying bc the DNP are the rest of us now responsible for killing you?
