It is hard to quantify, to be honest, so I feel A BIT uncomfortable answering solely on "feelings". But, my arms grew, no doubt whatsoever. Also, they haven't gotten any smaller after months of discontinuation... Now, obviously this could just be due to pure hypertrophy from food, training, etc., right? Also, it could be solely from the SEO... My guess is it's both.Do you feel like you gained an edge or grew anything extra using the synthol? If you have your conclusion in the log I can find it if you don't care to explain.
Now, it is beyond important to note, my bicep tore while using SEO. My doctor is convinced it is from SEO... But, of course he will look to blame something like that, so, who really knows? The fact of the matter is, the Syntherol/BigA SEO protocol they suggest, and I ran, is ludicrous. It's impractical and reckless to shoot 6cc's/day into each bicep, and 3 into each tricep, as the recommend. I did it for maybe 2 weeks, and literally couldn't continue to do it mentally, or physically.
I do believe a more mild approach, that which people like Dave Palumbo and Chris Aceto condone, is a good and generally "safe" practice. I have done that method prior, and felt great, and also felt like I retained most of the results from it.
I wouldn't recommend SEO usage to anyone. But, if you are already SET on doing it, go with Palumbo's suggestion... It felt fine to me, and didn't cause any sort of overwhelming discomfort or training hindrances that the Syntherol protocol did.
