Have you done night only protocol? I have done am, pm, pwo - every damn thing. The best results I ever got were full dose at night before bed no carbs for an hour before pin. Night and day... mands put me on. Since you are just looking for an elevated igf level timing is a bit inconsequential and I always thought the gh sitting in your body while you sleep dusts the curtains a little better? Either way I ended up pinning the 18 iu vial of serostim every other night for a 9 iu ed dose for about three months and saw by far the most drastic results of any other approach.

Well it's what you get. If what I am after with gh is enhanced recovery and cell creation/regeneration I would want that transpiring at the optimal time- when I'm sleeping and recovering. Enhance that shit.
Understand I am basing this off my anecdotal experience. I tried it every which way- whole shebang before bed no carbs... only time I got into the 290's
So the entire dose before bed you got best results for building mass? Or did you see the best combination of mass building and fat loss this way?
