Extra Motivation

And I accidentally hit the post lol meant to say just needing some motivation to keep me going. The Var has my emotions up and down. It's been almost like fighting my inner self whether it's food or attitude even. Just need that boost of confidence back [emoji30]

What type of gym do you go to? I know when I get in a funk (may get flamed) but I like to do drop ins at a local crossfit gym. They are very competitive and motivating

I go to a Power Strength Gym, crossfit isn't really my style of working out. I feel like if I do I'd lose all the muscle mass I already have

Mmmmm not true. You can go heavy. Key is to find a good place you can drop in at. Not my style either. But when your in a funk you have to change it up a lil to get that extra boost. It's deff a diff atmosphere. Or maybe try a different strength gym. When your new you usually try harder. Friendly compatition always helps.

Can't be more motivating than that lol
Straight up.

People think they want something but when its time to put in work to get it they aren't willing to make the sacrifices needed.

How bad do you want this? Be honest with yourself, do you really want this at all or do you just like the idea of it?

This brought me back to my roots when i first started as a wide eye'd kid with a dream. There was never a time where i worked harder than that and i had no clue what i was doing. But i walked into the gym every single fucking day and trained so damn hard that an old timer offered to take under his wing and showed me the way. Now years later ive come a long way but this is just the beginning. Time to take it back to that dedication, intensity and drive i used to have.

Thanks @Docd187123 this just reinvigorated my passion.

@QueenColossus03 do you really want this? Ask yourself that question and answer it honestly. If you really do then its time to put in some fucking work.

Knowing every rep is putting me closer to my goals motivates me.... training is the last place I feel the need for motivation, it's what I love. Work, shit around the house, saving money, that's the stuff I need motivation to do.
