Tren and test

I apologize guys I want to start a test and tren cycle for cutting fat, and building muscle I have been on test cyp for over a year doing 1ML weekly, due to low T

You started a test tren cycle then decided to do the research afterwards ... my honest best advice would be to ditch the gear , and rethink your life choices because thats some reckless shit !

Well regardless , if you've only ever been on trt before , jumping straight into tren cycle aint the move . Just bump your trt up to 500mg for twelve weeks and you'll make all the gains you could ever want for a first cycle . And if your cutting tren isnt gonna help you burn a bunch of fat anyways , your diet and cardio will dictate everything .

NEVER start a cycle without knowing what you're doing. You're fucking with the chemistry of your body. This shit is serious. Shit can go downhill quickly and have an effect on the rest of your life. Always have your plan figured out BEFORE you start. And have a back up plan or two in case you need to get off course. You don't start AAS, especially tren, and then after you start trying to put together your plan.

What will your diet be for the goals you've set?

Generally you need to pick one (cutting or bulking) and dedicate yourself to it. Tren, however is special. Very harsh with the potential of bad sides, but special. With tren you can eat a lot of calories / carbs and you can still look like you're shedding fat while staying at the same weight, or even getting heavier. But if you're going to use a drug as harsh as tren, i'd probably pick what's most important (cutting / bulking) and make the most of it.

So what will your diet be?

Can I assume since you're going to do a real cycle that you already have good experience with bulking and cutting diets? That you already know how to eat (from experience) to get the effects you're looking for? Cause if you don't, then you have no business using. The diet, the eating, that's the easy part in all this. That's the first step. Food is the #1 anabolic BEFORE gear. Food dictates what you look like. Not the gear.
 
If you have no knowledge of cycles, I would listen to the advise the brothers here at meso give. Also using Tren and test to loose weight is in fact the dumbest decision you could make.
