I had some fish tacos, clam chowdah and a lobster roll. Oh, and a harpoon ipa draft. I swear the lobster had to be illegally trapped. It's so fucking sweet, like under a pound kind of sweet. Could have had each plate twice, no problemo.

Where i grew up you could catch a limit of redfish or speckeled trout or flounder or drum,Fresh crabs,shrimp and oysters and pick fresh sweet corn on the way back home after work and be home before dark in the summer. Man i miss that.

I thought it was bacon but wasn't entirely sure. It bubbles like bacon fat would.

I'm normally butter in a ceramic pan kind of guy. Every now and again I'll eat bacon and use the fat for eggs but I'm not eating bacon that much these days. Finicky stomach.

That's a big skillet. I'm a little jealous over here.
