I am 28, I have been off all gear since April 21st. My PCT was bunk so pretty much I have been battling sides for quite a while. I have already deflated, went from 235lb to 205lb. I ran a 6 month cycle which I regret now of Sust and drol for 3 months then trip tren and test e the last 3. I have had plenty of test done and it seems my body is recovering from a hormone perspective, originally I was at 86 now it has gone up to 149 for T. LH and FSH are coming back as well. I had a colonoscopy to rule out anything pushing on the bladder. Also had a sonogram which did not find any stones and the liver was smooth, no fatty cells, nothing suspicious. A Cystoscopy is next and my urologist doesn't suspect anything wrong with my prostate. Also urine can concentrate to yellow and Intake pretty much matches out take for volume.

So now I need to figure out if this is a spastic bladder, bladder cancer (shouldn't be), scaring in the bladder, epididymis, overactive bladder, candida... or possible anxiety (fight or flight)

Any input is greatly appreciated. Let me know if the doctors missed any mood tests or possible diagnoses please.

Let's see you're only 28, had all these tests done, and are pending a cystoscopy to finish the zebra hunt AND what cha bet you will end up with some trash bag DX such as detrusor spasm or bladder dysnergy.

Yet there's hope bc of the doctors fail "youre going to have to figure it all out".

A preoccupation with a benign complaint is one of the hallmarks of ---- FUNCTIONAL DISORDER!!!

Sure sounds like a functional disorder to me.

...:p:p lol

@Dr JIM I never used to have any bladder issues. I feel like there is something I am missing. A chemical imbalance somewhere? And I'm sure the Cystoscopy will come back clean. Which in that point I exhausted all my options except an MRI.

I have also heard for hernias could weaken the wall, but I don't have any visible lumps/pain

Just an FYI. Your blood sugar is low, hypoglycemic. Which can cause some light headedness. You dont have to have diabetes to be hypoglycemic on occasion. Also if you are light headed after changing positions you could have orthostatic hypotension. Which is a drop in blood pressure when sitting or standing up suddenly..or you are dehydrated as well, causing low BP.

What is you HR and blood pressure normally?

Are you drinking a lot or more fluids than you used to. If you are drinking more, you will obviously pee more, just saying.

My BP is actually on average 130ish/80ish. A bad day would be 150/90. HR is normally 90. When I did have my light headed episodes my BP was not low.

Lately I have no been as light headed. I have been trying to eat better. And I space out my drinking with 8 ounce glasses around 7-8 times a day. Just doesnt seem like I can retain or hold the urine in for more than a few hours. I am doing exercises (Kegel). And trying my best to hold my bladder long. Some times it works and I can go a couple of hours not thinking about going or having the urge. When other times I got 10-15 minutes back to back. Very strange.

Also if you didn't notice my ALT is 72 which is double the norm.

Update:

So I am still takin the lexapro waiting for it to kick in. The doctor gave me Ativan 2mg tabs which I am taking half, 1mg twice a day which seems to be helping my urination, very strange. Tomorrow I am going to see an andrologist/urologist in NYC who specializes in HRT. Plus side my BP is stabilizing ~112/76 HR 66

My other urologist put me on a 10 day antibiotic called ciprofloxacin.

Medication I am taking:
Lexapro 10mg ED
Ativan 1mg twice a day
ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day

Cystoscopy on the 16th

Yeah I know, got take it easy for a while so I don't tear anything. Doctor just wanted to rule out all infections.

I think I am on the right path of getting better. I have 2 more months of recovery in my opinion.

And if low T , low free T can cause frequent urination I will just have to be on HRT for life.

Sounds like you need a trip to Thailand.it can help one to stop obsessing on the negative, and become overflowing with the positive,

It's tough when you have a kid. The mind and body wants to fight through anything once I became a father, at least that is my mentality. Since I have insurance, I am going to take all necessary precautions to make sure there is nothing physically wrong with my bladder. Once I have exhausted all possibilities, next step is fixing the mind and getting HRT.

I have always been a very calm individual on gear and off. The urination is what triggers my anxiety. But to better control it I want to make sure my body is clear. Adds reassurance.

For a while I was waking up every hour so to pee,but I also had been consuming well over a gallon of water a day,,but it made me think.im just 4 days into my 14 week bulk,,and I didn't get up till 5 today to pee,,the power of positive thinking

Thanks man, I appreciate it. See I am used to what you are going through when bulking. But deflating, coming off for so long with very high T levels is making my recovery a bit more complicated.

I want to say 2 more months with this and I should be in the clear. 6 months recovering seems about right with the amount of time I put into my cycle.

You use Hcg pct?

I did, but it doesn't seem like it was effective. My most recent labs above shows my body recovering, LH & FSH, but within the next months I'm going to keep checking my natural testosterone production (once a month testing). The only thing the doctors never measured was my E2 and DHT. I don't have gyno nor excessive estrogen sides but with T levels over 2000 I'm sure my estrogen was way up there also. So hopefully I can get some answers tomorrow, and labs coming in the next few days this coming up week.

You did anadrol for 3 months? That's to much. I'm believe you will get good news tomorrow, maybe get some differant sources for pct or what not

6 weeks total 50mg ED for A bombs. And I believe I will also. Just will have to determine if I will be on HRT for the rest of my life.
