Eq-only cruise experiment

So today I'm starting an eq-only cruise for the next 12-16 weeks. Dose will be 200 mg/wk (I'll be pinning 400 mg every other week). I don't have any problems with test, I'm just interested to see what happens and how it feels. Starting lifts as of tonight are:

Paused ass-to-grass squat 365x7
Push press 225x8
Deadlift 425x8
Paused close grip incline 205x8

I'm hoping to gain a tiny amount of strength over the next couple months, but if I just maintain everything I'd be okay with that too. Just coming off of a cut using 400 mg/wk of tren E.

We'll see!

I probably would if I were in the same situation. I'm not sure I would use EQ in yours though. The dose is just not high enough and IMO 10-12 weeks is not long enough.
I think 250mg of NPP would be perfect in your situation. You could even bridge it into deca @ 250 mg. It's only a therapeutic dose o_O

I've yet to try deca but I would love to some day. The excessive natural supression kinda scares me since I want to have kids one day. But then again if I was so concerned about that I wouldn't blast n cruise... idk lol
 
Could eq be run as a base for a cycle instead of test at something like 800mg/wk? And how bad does eq convert to e2?
 
Just finished my Friday workout and got 275x3 on my power clean. Which I'm pretty happy with since I haven't done heavy cleans in 2 weeks and I didn't eat anything til almost 6pm today, about 45 minutes before lifting.

It's been about 3 weeks since my last test dose now and I'm feeling pretty good so far.
 
For my Monday workout this week I hit all my goal numbers, which were just the same as last week but with better speed.

As for today, I just finished my usual Thursday 3 mile jog, and I felt extremely sluggish. I did notice that I started to feel a little better towards the end though, which is interesting. I spent most of the day driving until right before the run though, so maybe that caused it.

Also, I noticed I've been getting this minor but very annoying cramp in my right oblique area during my runs lately. Maybe I'm just not drinking enough water. I weighed myself right after the run, fully dressed, and was only 232 too. I was shocked.

I'm thinking maybe the absence of test & estrogen is starting to cause me to drop water weight. Hard to say of it's that or actual tissue weight I'm losing.

1 I don't recommend to cruise, not even TRT
try HCG + low dose AI instead of TRT

2 if you insist in cruising
add some HCG + low dose AI (something like 500 IU/week + 1/2 to 1 Letro tab A WEEK)

It's fairly difficult to lose actual muscle tissue, assuming training and protein is in check. This stands true even as natty, with hormones present it's pretty much a non-issue.

Muscle glycogen, water etc loss is very real though.

Yeah I hope it's just glycogen/water. I ate extra tonight and think that'll help. I'd like to just maintain about 235 lbs throughout this cruise.

I noticed I was in a relatively bad mood today, and for no good reason really, which is very unusual for me. I do have some minor personal stuff going on but nothing too serious, so it could have just been that.

Also I should mention that it seems my libido is down the last week or so. Makes sense due to the lack of androgens but still interesting to note.
 
Had a mediocre at best workout today, I just had no focus. I started noticing that the last few days I've had very little passion and drive, just in general. I'm sure it's because of no test. If I have shitty workouts next week and still feel apathetic like this, I think I'll call it a day and go back on trt-dose test and declare this experiment case closed.
