I'm 50. So do what, go off, settle back in the 400-500 range, feel like all the other old fat, middle aged, gripping like women 50 year old men I just saw at my 30 year HS reunion? You mean regret missing out on that? LOL. No offense, but if you saw this ole cat at the gym, you'd guess I'm 35. I am careful, knowledgeable and safe with what I do. Also, my own previous doctor at the "Men's clinic, told me, when he puts his patients on TRT, he aims to keep them between 800-900. So why the hell would I stay at 450-500 for another 5 years and then what? Go see him and do what I am doing now? Aging "gracefully" for those 5-10 years?
You have to stay ahead of the curve with this aging thing my friend. Once you realize things have slowed and you try and play catchup, it's too late. You won't catch up. This was m health, my call and I do not regret it. I feel better than I have since I was 35. I act responsible and careful with what I do and want to stay atop my game for as long as possible.
