How am I looking, guys?



I'm on my second cycle.

6'0/200ish lb/12.3% BF

Here's what I looked like prior to first cycle.



I was around 175-180lb back then I believe. Probably 175.

Deff made some improvements an seeing how your prolly still a youngster you really should have waited till you reached your natty genetic potential then started. Oh an after you got your diet an training routine down....All you need is more time, training, an dieting. Their is sucha a thing as muscle maturity. May take a while but youll get bigger an bogger if you keep applying yourself. Keep killin it bro

What does your food intake look like. I'm guessing no more than 2,800 calories? Definitely some improvements between the pictures. But, like most are saying what are your goals?

I don't necessarily care to straight up look like I juice. I want to reach my genetic limit faster and POSSIBLY go a bit further (probably not). Different goals.

There are a lot of variables we don't know, when judging his progress.

He looks young. Maybe he has only ran one, low dose cycle? If something like that is the case, then I would be satisfied with the progress he has made. All of us started somewhere. And he looks like he is capable of achieving a solid, muscular, lean physique.

Right now, I am eating around 3.5k, but I seem to be mostly recomping. So I definitely need to up my food intake, since I am currently bulking.

As long as you are at a surplus then that's awesome. When I'm bulking I try and get around a 2k surplus at least. I wouldn't be afraid of eating in your case. I'm sure you will burn it up quick.

Very good progress with your first cycle! You're building a solid foundation for what is to come later on as your body matures. Know one thing.... How much gear you take won't have near the effect on your progress than what you eat. There are a lot of good guys on here that can steer you in the right direction when it comes to putting on quality size. I'm sure any of them would answer any questions that you may have when it comes to growth and nutrition. Myself included. Keep up the hard work!![emoji123]

The Tank is unstoppable, and that's amazingly fast recovery from that surgery. Give him a few more months he'll really be better than his old self!

I am feeling motivated to get back on cycle very soon, but a bit delayed as I am moving soon as I bought a condo in another town and closing on it in 2 days.

Had he posted his pics on a new thread saying that he is thinking about juicing with his pre-cycle "physique", he would have instantly been crucified and shot.

But now it's ok because we are on a cosy thread talking physiques.

There is a thread for everything. This isn't the thread to shit on people, ever. Neither is someone's personal log.

He clearly made a genuine post and it deserves a genuine answer, which he ultimately received.

Had he asked about cycling at his age and stage of natty development the answers would have been different but he made his bed already.
