TNE - 10 weeks out -

Update. 197-198lbs. About 9 weeks out. Everything seems to be coming together. I'm seeing more lines day by day, I can't wait until about 4 more weeks where I can really see it all unfold. Loving the new workout split.... holy shit is it taxing.

I tried your back workout yesterday. Traps were sore after the "warm up"
Today I only did 135 on incline and a few Cable flys. I feel dead. Weak. Being sick took too much wind outta me!

The back day is one of my favorites. People don't realize. If you can visualize and follow what I say to a tee, you're gonna fucking love it.

Oh yeah! He's my dude. He started with me when I was 128lbs , he's seen it all!

* It has been touched on and I'm sure many of you have heard. But, The BIG COUNTRY is no longer with us. I hope this lets everyone realize how dangerous this game can be. Regardless the reasoning of his passing, he was truly someone who deserved respect in this industry. A huge smile, a huge physique, and the guy just loved to lift. Keep your loved ones close, you never know what time will bring to your door.

With that being said, today was an eye opener for me. I think I'm leaning more towards the classic physique division the more I cut down in weight. While my legs may be the smallest on that stage, I think I just flow differently. I will make my decision 2 weeks out...

He was exactly what this industry needs more of, a humble competitor.

But woah now, look up a picture of Zane hitting that vaccuum.. one of a kind there. Give me two years and let's do a flash back lol. Raincheck that one! If I can open up more on the vacuum, I will really look a lot better. Compare the 2, the front spread in able to make my Lats pop a lot more. Why I can't open up like that in my vacuum! Idk.. will focus on it Thursday after legs so I'm not cramping.
 
Dallas was a cool dude and definitely an asset to the sport. He has helped me out quite a few times when he didn't have to take the time to do so. On the way to his funeral right now.

Awesome to hear! I'm sure it will be a huge showing to pay respects.
 
Lol.. the tren night sweats have came into play. 2 days ago I thought it was a fluke until I've managed to wake up wet the following nights.. what a joy!! Good afternoon gentlemen, accomplish something today.
 
This makes me wanna run tren know.... my favorite cycle. TTM.
i cannot sleep at all right now. only one week into tren holy shit. Im just going to stay up forever until I pass out I guess. I dont get sweats though when I sleep well not yet. Just started taking apple cider vinegar, L gluteamine, and magnesium

Cardio is burning 150 calories on light days 200 on heavy... burning roughly another 250-350 during workout. Food is at 2300 calories. Protein around 230 carbs around 160 fats around 80 (I think) ... typing this off the top of my head. Figured I'd throw an update... hope everyone is doing well!

I know you don't train for strength at all but curiousity from back in the day makes me wonder what your big 3 would be on an estimate? I remember back in the day being head to head on bench with you and now that I'm cutting too eating roughly the same calories and macros I'll be it you are about 30-40lb more muscle then I am now but still
