BUILDING A BEAST

Still don't have a schedule or gym to hit up but never leave home without your barbell. Wasn't able to sleep last night so about 4am I decided to grab my barbel and I practiced my snatch technique and watched some youtubes on fixing form and stuff like that. Overall I was going at it for about 2 hours which really got me hungry.
 
After this blast, I'm going to cut before winter and my plan is to diet similar to you. My largest focus is keep as much muscle mass while getting around 8-10% bf. I'm at around 3,800 calories now so I will drop about 200 calories a week through PCT and then start keto after PCT. I just have to figure out my calories and macros for keto and how long I'm going to run it. I'll be following!
 
Alright official day 1 to building a beast!


Snatch technique work 15mins
Clean&jerk 185 6x2 10 mins total
Front squats 225 5x3 12 mins total
Kettle bell swings 70lb 4x16

Explosive pull ups 4x4
6 mins to complete

3 rounds crossfit style
500m row (<2min per 500m)
1min double unders
1min battle ropes

Elbow health bicep curls and tricep extensions light high reps 40+ rep

30minute stretch.

Focusing on technique/form/speed/endurance these days all out power has been put on a hold for superior athletisim.

Also weighed in at 183lb and looking to go down to about 168-170 shredded then slowly work back to 183lb during a power building block to put the mass where I need it after I've built my speed up.

Fuck ya boys I'm on the swing back at it and I'm back at a legit paying job with a schedule and a normal sleep pattern! Big things are gonna happen even if I'm not big myself:p

Deadlifts 405 4x3 was suppose to be 7RPE but was 8.5RPE by last set so I'll be lowering the weights next week shit eh. @insaiyan93 uce got the same struggle as you now I want the 4 plate working sets but just ain't there yet together
Bench press 225 4x6 @9RPE so upsetting cause that was also suppose to be a 7RPE but I'll stay with it till it is a 7

Went rock climbing last night for 3 hours and going mountain biking tonight for about 4-5hours depending on the ladies I'm going with (their badass but they want to go for drinks at some point and I just want to ride:()

Morning weight 183lb
Training weight 186lb

Current calories are 2800cals hoping to lose a pound a week for the next two weeks then drop to 2300 cals on keto and drop 2lb a week for another 6 weeks then reverse diet and come back up to a beautiful 180 during powerbuilding.

Another day another dollar. My new job is legit as fuck don't understand how I got the position I did and I don't really know what I'm doing but I get paid well to do whatever it is I'm suppose to do and I have a regular schedule. I work 4 on 3 off the 4 on is 11-13 hour days overtime is considered after 9 hours so that's cool. But it's making me fatigued for evening workouts and start to early for morning lifts so my Thursday Friday lifts are being toned further back then already they were. Anyways that's my reason for being so weak these days and I'm sticking to it:p

Body roll outs 3xfailure
Flutter kicks 50 reps
Crunches count to 10 after you think you failed then go again until failure again
Planks for 3mins 90seconds regular 45seconds each side
