Neither... Natural for me.
so do saline and silicone have the same visual look... ? since you say saline looks great does that mean saline looks better?
Spot on.He's probably saying saline has a great visual appearance, which they do, but they feel like a slushy water bed to play with. Which is what they are.
Silicone has the tactile qualities of *young* female boobs. Lots of women totally lose this quality as years pass, so with them as baseline, saline is still an improvement.
Silicone and teardrop!
The bigger question is how (point of insertion) and where (above or under certain layers of tissue) to place them.
The silicone is much better. However, do some research. Some women handle them fine, some have massive health issues from either kinds due to heavy metals and such. There's full websites dedicated to women having horrible experiences with them.
That's good to hear man! I only know from an ex who was researching themI think you are perpetuating the old anti-Corning (original mfg of silicone implants) stories, which are totally unfounded. I think all the ideas that silicone implants create health issues (other than surgery and related complications and the extra load they bring) have since been proved baseless.
Silicone is the way to go.. my chick did months of research before getting them. They look and feel natural. Your girl can get different shaped one for a higher profile, "up more"... I've felt both and saline is not nearly as good. They only started making saline after lawsuits were filed decades ago and they couldn't sell silicone due to old technology failing and causing leaking. Things have changed since.
We can certainly inspect them after to make sure she made the right call...

BTW, this is another good area where you want to consider Thailand. They must do more boob jobs there than anywhere else on the planet. And experience is what counts.

Yeah I would never let my girl get surgery in a foreign country like that. Going under anesthesia has risks always regardless of where. If something is gonna happen I would rather have it happen Near home. Also some days without much movement are required for recovery. Again, home is the place to do that . Also check ups, etc.. I will suggest researching the f*** out of it and paying 6 to 7000 to get it done by a reputable doctor is the way to go. Not something to price shop on in my opinion. research and arrange based on the doctor's skills and reputation.
