so i have Been injuried in both elbows, it seems to get better now. So i Wanna cut Down, because i have gained 5 kg that makes me look fat.
I work chest/back mon and friday and legs ( recovery training ) and ABS wed.
I count my calories, but i have been advised to do 250 test ew to keep gains. But What do you guys Think?
