morning fellows, question for some of you guys. how often are you doing cardio? for how long ? i’m currently trying to bulk and add some size which i have been successful as well as increased weight i also have gained some size around my gut, probably a little more than i would like. i’m loving the strength gains from all these calories but i’m curious if adding a lot more cardio would give me more of a recomp.
i don’t mind a little fat it’s gonna happen in a surplus but just interested in some feedback so i’m not struggling in spring to drop the weight and cut.
