crystals in my aromasin

Recently got a bottle of liquid aromasin and I noticed crystals on bottom of the bottle,I'm guessing this is not good, was thinking about warming it up then I realized this stuff could be suspended in everclear but not sure.

Too much dosing inconsistency in suspensions IMO.
I'd dilute it with everclear until it truly dissolves
do some math to find the new concentration and dosing volume.

We need to know if it's supposed to be a suspension, which would mean it's supposed to float to the bottom as crystals or if it's supposed to be a solution which means it's supposed to be melted/dissolved into the carrier and be clear. If it's solution then it's crashed.

The solubility of exemestane in ethanol is approximately 20 mg/ml
https://www.caymanchem.com/pdfs/15008.pdf
be aware that 20 mg/ml is probably only attained with RARE very pure, lab grade ABSOLUTE alcohol, specially treated to be water free as it readily absorbs water from air.

Best to settle for 10 mg/ml with Everclear.

Well, if it's a suspension it's supposed to be floating in there. You shake it and take it as it floats in it's suspension. If it's a solution then it should be a clear liquid that has no crystals.

If its a solution you can heat it and get it back in solution and will probably have to do that every use or you can shake it immediately before each use and take it like a suspension.

If it's a suspension you can shake and take it immediately as it floats in suspension, but i wouldn't heat it.

So, without knowing, your best bet would be shaking before each use.

If it's alcohol based it should be a solution, but I've seen (for some unknown reason) some use alcohol in their suspension.

But, once again, if it were me and i didn't know which one it was then i would treat it like a suspension and shake before each use.

Why not just measure how many ml's are left, and dilute it with an equal amount of everclear?
Probably down to 10 or 12.5 mg/ml, half its initial dose.
If it still doesn't dissolve complain to supplier as it comes from bad Exemestane raws.

Have not opened it yet ,I have plenty of other AI alternatives but thanks.
