New guy in need of advice

Hello, I am new to the forum. Lately I've been doing a lot of research and just wanted a few tips on my first cycle. Background: I am 23 (Will be 24 when I begin the cycle in March. Planning now). I am 5, 9 around 175 and have been training for 4 years. I have made great gains and put on some size but I feel like I've hit a plateau. I want something that is going to pack on the size but I am nervous about sides like gyno. I was looking into primo due to lack of aromitization but it looks like that is way too expensive. I was thinking I could run a low dose test e cycle (300/wk) for 10 weeks with Nolvadex for pct. After I see how my body reacts to that I can adjust or add other stuff. Any advice on anything would be appreciated.
 
If your nervous have an ai on hand. Blood work is the only way to know how you react to certain doses. But I don't see any problem with starting at 300 and moving it up from there. I've seen guys make great gains from less than 500mg test a week as a first cycle.

You don't see any problem with him being 23? Probably has a natty test level over 700. You firmly believe he's maxed out his natural potential after only 4 years he claims of training? You think he's been hitting the gym 5 to 6 days a week every week for the last four years? You think his diet has been on point every week for the last four years? Do you think his training is proper to the results that he is trying to achieve? Are you don't really give a fuck And you're saying sure just take some TEST And it'll make you bigger who cares if it Kills you natural test levels possibly for ever and you have to take it twice a week for the rest of your life. You sure you don't see a problem? I'm asking a serious question?

I need nothing else but this sentence to tell you where that plateau is coming from... lack of food.

Give me a 5' 9", 135lb, 22 year old normal male, a shitload of peanut putter, milk, and bread... he will be your size or larger in a year... let alone 4.

Jesus fuck, "some size" in 4 years of training in the prime of your life? 4 fucking years?

I put on more muscle than that in 2 years in my 40's at normal human test levels, because I eat.

Once more for the cheap seats... There are no fucking calories in steroids.

If you aren't in enough surplus to gain now, you won't be with 3cc's of any fucking thing injected per week either.
 
Probably no to all of that. But just in case the I don't think you're ready kid thing doesn't work. Have an ai on hand and do Blood work isn't the most out of whack advice.

Bloodwork is always good. Even for guys who have no business using steroids...

Even then I have seen scrawny guys who swear it is a "metabolic or hormone thing!" look at the perfectly normal blood values and still refuse to accept that they are not an exception to the laws of thermodynamics.

At least fat guys are generally aware of why they are fat "Well, it might be the 5 blue whale burgers, 3 boxes of stuffing, and 6 cups of frosting I have at every meal I guess... Think I should do a food log?"

Fukin ice cream!! I guess I just admitted I'm a fat guy. Oh well. But I at least eat HALO ice cream which has added protein. And it only comes in pints. LOL
 
I agree you didn't steer him wrong but only if he exhausted all his options that's all.
I agree with you as well. 175 isn't as big as he could get natural and at 23 his test levels should be good. Probably too young but probably not going to listen to that. Sounds like he already has the gear honestly.

Lol you can bet your ass he already has it lol. Probably some WAAAAY over priced shit he got from a buddy or gym rat that may or may not be legit.
 
Do you understand macros? What is your daily protein, carb, fat, and kcal intake? The fact that your post was missing this information is a prime indicator that you aren't eating correctly. NOTHING IS MORE ANABOLIC THAN FOOD.

EAT. MORE. FOOD. When you think you've eaten enough, EAT MORE.
 
I’m 22 and 240lbs naturally with less than 10% body fat at 6’5. Started 4 years ago at 160lbs. Still think I’m 3-5 years of hopping on the sauce. Start eating 4,500-5k calories a day I guarantee you’ll bust through that 175lb plateau

Testosterone only cycles SUCK. A complete waste of hpta.

There are better bulkers out there you can run along a LOW testosterone base.

Testosterone will not produce keepable or significant gains in muscle at that dose AND if you run it higher it's just going to make you look fat and fluffy with chances of developing gyno.

I would just run
Testosterone at 200 10weeks
Deca at 300 8weeks
Hcg 500/week with 12.5mg Aromasin/week

Simple

Full and complete pct
