cardio: gamechanger?

TBH looking at your physique I would rather suggest a cut.
TRT should be enough to preserve the muscle that is there. At this bf% you will barely even notice the gains you make.
You will probably still be able to make at least some strength/muscle gains during the first few weeks or even months of your cut.
yeah brother agreed i’ve been thinking about cutting some for sure, just don’t want to lose too much strength since it’s been sky rocketing. i’ve actually changed my macros a bit and the gut is starting to minimize a bit. i think i will lower macros some more and see how it goes. also doing the stepper 3 x a week for 20-25 minutes.

Brother you need to cut. When I cut I eat 1800 calories a day and still get in 200+ protein.
no doubt brother i’m gonna rearrange some macros and see what happens. luckily for me i can eat less food easier so dieting shouldn’t be an issue. i’m still new to the whole bulk/cut thing so i’ve really been experimenting what works best for me. where do you keep carbs and fat at while cutting? just curious
