yeah brother agreed i’ve been thinking about cutting some for sure, just don’t want to lose too much strength since it’s been sky rocketing. i’ve actually changed my macros a bit and the gut is starting to minimize a bit. i think i will lower macros some more and see how it goes. also doing the stepper 3 x a week for 20-25 minutes.TBH looking at your physique I would rather suggest a cut.
TRT should be enough to preserve the muscle that is there. At this bf% you will barely even notice the gains you make.
You will probably still be able to make at least some strength/muscle gains during the first few weeks or even months of your cut.
