When I used to go to gyms that weren't in my garage I would see tons of folks wearing them, but that was because they were 90% Privates who wouldn't know programmed lifting if it bit them in the ass (I didn't either) and the lot of them were retarded. In my gym
F**CK Dbol
And
F**cK TEST
You'll never look like a bodybuilder running powerlifter compounds.
Say bye bye to your abs
^this all the way bro^
^this all the way bro^
You trying to lean bulk with the wrong compounds.
Do you know that dbol and test are two of the most aromatizing compounds of all steroids? That means you will not look lean on them; instead you will look fat.
You may also develop gynecomastia or lumps under your nipples
WHY NOT RUN LEAN BULKERS LIKE ADROL OR DECA with a base of 100mgs of testosterone??
Run high test or dbol and you will look like a powerlifter.
Just saying that your compounds are not matching the goals you want to achieve.
In my gym, it’s only the biggest black dudes in the gym that wear gloves. The ones that take over the squat rack and do 5 sets of 225# curls for 45 minutes.
Lmaoooo maannn what’s wrong with glovesAs someone once said "The gloves should at least match your purse."
I heard Deca was pretty Harsh. I heard Tren was good but that one is also under the Harsh category
Lmaoooo maannn what’s wrong with gloves
Got an older guy at my gym that wears heavy work glovesSo, minor things really... wearing gloves does impede proper callous formation (which is why girls tend to wear them) and as your pulls increase in magnitude wearing gloves contributes to the lifts becoming grip-limited rather than strength limited as the fabric/leather artificially increases the diameter of the bar.
Due to those 2 factors alone, gloves tend to get an immediate negative reaction from folks who are training primarily for strength or at high BB levels as well.
Add in that in high weight lifts of any kind, the sudden tearing of a seam becomes FAR more likely than something going wrong with your bare hand and a safety issue becomes quite real.
Replace this with peanut butter sandwiches and shitloads of milk.
Come back when you are 27.
Welcome to Meso.
You have so much to learn before wasting money on gear. Spend more time researching nutrition and training. Then put it into practice a few years so when you are ready for gear you will get the most out of it.Alright so let’s say I hold off on gear and just take in more milk and peanut butter between meals. I seen Brandon carter say taking shots of olive oil and coconut oil can put on mass too. Is this true?
I seen Brandon carter say taking shots of olive oil and coconut oil can put on mass too. Is this true?
And why is that?Seconding @Just Fish I would perhaps recommend some nutritional resource consumption before you consider trying to gain with injectables etc.
And why is that?
Lol, I'm glad I asked that explains it. I thought it was secondly not seconding. Glad I didn't go with my usual short fuse approach.Confused... what are you asking?
"Seconding" is another way of indicating agreement and reinforcement.
