Newbie Intro / Cycle Assistance Pls

In my gym, it’s only the biggest black dudes in the gym that wear gloves. The ones that take over the squat rack and do 5 sets of 225# curls for 45 minutes.

In my gym
When I used to go to gyms that weren't in my garage I would see tons of folks wearing them, but that was because they were 90% Privates who wouldn't know programmed lifting if it bit them in the ass (I didn't either) and the lot of them were retarded.

Gloves, PT uniform, and fucking Raybans in the gym were a popular combo.

F**CK Dbol
And
F**cK TEST

You'll never look like a bodybuilder running powerlifter compounds.

Say bye bye to your abs

^this all the way bro^

You trying to lean bulk with the wrong compounds.

Do you know that dbol and test are two of the most aromatizing compounds of all steroids? That means you will not look lean on them; instead you will look fat.

You may also develop gynecomastia or lumps under your nipples o_O

WHY NOT RUN LEAN BULKERS LIKE ADROL OR DECA with a base of 100mgs of testosterone??

Run high test or dbol and you will look like a powerlifter.

Just saying that your compounds are not matching the goals you want to achieve.

I think he thought he was logged in as another one of his troll accounts. Swallowing all that cum makes one stupid. I know because blondes like to swallow.

I heard Deca was pretty Harsh. I heard Tren was good but that one is also under the Harsh category

You can get great results with 300mgs deca/ week. I don't run more than 5 weeks because of the sides but I get awesome results from it and I'm much heavier than you are. You can exchange it for Eq at week 6 and run a few extra weeks along a low test base.

Masterone can be a good add on if you looking for safer compounds

Lmaoooo maannn what’s wrong with gloves

So, minor things really... wearing gloves does impede proper callous formation (which is why girls tend to wear them) and as your pulls increase in magnitude wearing gloves contributes to the lifts becoming grip-limited rather than strength limited as the fabric/leather artificially increases the diameter of the bar.

Due to those 2 factors alone, gloves tend to get an immediate negative reaction from folks who are training primarily for strength or at high BB levels as well.

Add in that in high weight lifts of any kind, the sudden tearing of a seam becomes FAR more likely than something going wrong with your bare hand and a safety issue becomes quite real.

Got an older guy at my gym that wears heavy work gloves o_O comes in at like 2 in the morning wears jeans and a wife beater to workout in :D. Gloves is a slippery slope, you decide to wear fingerless bitch mittens to keep your hands soft for the ladies;) next thing you know you'll start showing up looking like one of the village people.

Replace this with peanut butter sandwiches and shitloads of milk.

Come back when you are 27.

Welcome to Meso.

Alright so let’s say I hold off on gear and just take in more milk and peanut butter between meals. I seen Brandon carter say taking shots of olive oil and coconut oil can put on mass too. Is this true?

It’s all about calories bro. Calories/gram of fat is much higher than calories/gram in protein and carbs. You are young so it doesn’t really matter what kind of fat it is. Us older folk have to be concerned with cholesterol so we choose to avoid transfat and eat good fats like olive oil. Coconut used to be considered a healthy fat but recent studies suggest coconut oil is extremely bad for you.

You have so much to learn before wasting money on gear. Spend more time researching nutrition and training. Then put it into practice a few years so when you are ready for gear you will get the most out of it.

If the only thing you were short on to induce muscular gains is calories (all macros on point etc) sure... Wouldn't go hog-wild on straight oils though.

Seconding @Just Fish I would perhaps recommend some nutritional resource consumption before you consider trying to gain with injectables etc.

My usual go-to's for folks looking for sound nutritional advice are Jordan Feigenbaum's To Be A Beast:
To Be A Beast | Barbell Medicine

To a lesser extent but for a broader range also Tom Narvaez's Powerlifting To Win site (not entirely about PL I assure you).

For direct questions Doc F actually answers people's Q&A on a daily basis for free over at the Starting Strength nutrition forum.

Confused... what are you asking?

"Seconding" is another way of indicating agreement and reinforcement.
Lol, I'm glad I asked that explains it. I thought it was secondly not seconding. Glad I didn't go with my usual short fuse approach.
